I needed to get my taxes copied in a hurry today. Stopped into FedEx Office to get my task done. I…read morewasn't sure if they were open. It was about 5:30 p.m. when I got there. Online it said they were open till 7. The store looked so dark and the open sign wasn't on. But I walked up to the door to see if maybe they closed early. I was happy to know they were open! I was instantly greeted by a sweet employee behind the counter. He asked me what he could do for me. I told him I needed copies made. I pointed to the copy machines and told me to take my time. I thought that was really nice of him. I got my debit card squared away on the machine and purchased 10 dollars worth of copies. I didn't quite know how to work the copier so I asked the nice gentleman for help. He came over, guided me and helped me with my first set of tax papers. He also informed me about the paper clips, staple and other office supplies that were available for me if I needed them. I worked my way down to the last 2 stacks of taxes, got them paper clipped and into my trusty manilla envelope. It was a lot faster than I imagined, getting my task completed. It was great having everything I needed all in one area. I thanked the nice man for his help and made my way out of the door. I appreciate this employee's kindness and patience. He was great and my work area was perfect!

I've watched her get mean with customers for all kinds of reasons, refusing to ship things she's suspicious about, refusing to ship medications... like she's the postmaster with all the authority. She closed my business mailbox for some late payments when I thought it was on auto renew...oops...and she seems to enjoy conflict and talking down to people like she's already arrived at the sumit of all our career aspirations. Not only did the wild Goose chase frustrate me, but when I got there they had been closed for an hour. They told me they would wait for me to get there, and I followed their instructions. I proceeded to wait ANOTHER 20 mins for them to come out before I finally gave up. I'm very frustrated in their unprofessionalism and misleading information. If I had a choice, id never use them again.
