Finally the one collecting trash BARKED, "Someone will be right with you." One of them should have stopped what they were doing to help me because what I needed took all of TWO seconds. Finally the woman collecting the packages out of the bins came behind the counter to drop them off and proceed to glare at me and finally said, "What are we doing today?" and when she was done, two seconds later she handed me a receipt and glared at me. No, "Thank you" or "Have a good day" or "Thank you for coming in" so I grabbed my receipt and walked out the door. Not shocked to see that this location is rated so poorly. The owner needs to spend more time in the store. Attitudes like this run customers off. The UPS store in Star is actually closer to me so we'll just go there from here on out.

If you have things you don't want destroyed everything in the containers were damaged even an antique china cabinet, when they loaded it they damaged it. They sat it on a wood platform then they picked it up and set it on the platform. It knocked off the bottom support board of the China cabinet which created the glass to slide from the wood. The two Merchants employees, Dan and Christian, were on time, early even, for the appointment, friendly and professional and clearly "spoke designer" for how they moved things about with her recommendations and directions. They accomplished in roughly 90 minutes what would have been impossible for us in any time frame. They worked efficiently and carefully and that they were such nice men was a bonus too. We've moved 14 times in 42 years so the odds are good that we'll move again. In all those moves the only bad experience we had was with the moving company in Boise, a national brand competitor of Merchants (which is affiliated with national brand Atlas), that did a woeful and careless job and damaged furniture to the tune over a thousand dollars in repairs moving us into a rental and then a year later out of the rental into our new home just five miles away. Based on our experience with Christian and Dan for the work they did for us and our designer last week, when our next move comes up we will use Merchants.
