The next morning Jamie from facility contacted me, commenting on the great price and encouraged me to stop in to take a look. Super clean unit. The location is convenient. I asked her if the flash sale was bait/switch and she gave me helpful background information. A few dates later, after shopping around, I attempted to complete the reservation online. Because there were glitches, I talked with Rhonda from corporate who tried multiple solutions. Finally, she realized the glitch was due to 3rd party site. She suggested I go in person to complete paperwork. I wasn't even mad about the errand because she had put so much effort into problem-solving for me.
