The manager is so nice and will do anything to help. Then I rent at Ten Mile 2 location, it is absolutely horrible. Rent is due on the 1st you get a grace period until the 14th and then late fee is applied on the 15th. They will lock you out of your unit if not paid by the 15th. When you call and speak to Lila she is dumb as a box of rocks. She can not give you a date when you will be locked out. Is it on the 15th of the month if rent is not paid, is it 30 days late, is it 60 days late, what is it? She the manager cannot answer this question. How does a person running this facility not know the answer. Her response is you need to refer to the contract, ridiculous! I agree with other reviews the customer service is horrible at this location. GO TO A DIFFERENT STOR IT. TEN MILE 2 LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.

Access to the non-airconditioned units is easy by car or truck and room is provided for a moving van to pull in to be loaded or unloaded. Rental costs, & optional insurance are quite reasonably priced, as are the sturdy locks which are available for optional purchase.
