When I originally parked my unit there four years ago, the company managing the facility at the time allowed customers to call and have their gate code authorized for late access if needed. Apparently this is now the third company to take over management of these units, and at no point were tenants properly notified of these changes. My rent has increased, policies have changed, management companies have changed, and I was never formally notified of any of it. I currently work out of state from 5am-5pm Monday through Friday, making after-hours access essential. Wyatt informed me that your company "does not allow that," despite the fact that this was part of the arrangement when I signed my original agreement. He also refused to provide any corporate contact information and instead suggested that if I was "kind enough" to leave my information, someone might eventually contact me back. To be clear, I am paying to store an $80,000 trailer that I effectively no longer have reasonable access to. That is unacceptable. At this point, this situation is beginning to sound less like customer service and more like grounds for legal action. I expect to be contacted by management or corporate promptly regarding: Access to my unit outside standard business hours Written notice of policy changes Notification regarding management/company changes Clarification on why existing tenant agreements are no longer being honored I would strongly prefer to resolve this professionally, but I will absolutely explore legal remedies if necessary. Wyatt's customer service skills are lacking at best. I am angry and up set but trust me when I say. That trailer is only used for company use. To house armed professionals in their pursuit to help investigate, locate and rescue human trafficked women. So now we have to delay life saving services. that's grounds for legal action.

I'm not one to write reviews, but for this place, I'm making an exception. The location itself is…read moreclean and has a nice layout. The office manager, Dennis, is kind and helpful. On move-in he took me to my unit and even cleaned out some of the accumulated leaves and dirt. The problem isn't with the location or the people working there, but the corporation running the location. Dennis was very upfront in telling me that that corporate will increase the rent within a few months for no other reason than why not. Additionally, the agreement doesn't protect you from these rate increases so you're stuck with it unless you move out. We were also told that in order to have 24/7 access, it would be an additional $20/month and if, for whatever excuse corporate came up with, they decide you're doing things they don't approve of, they'll revoke the access without notice. And the insurance they provide for your unit is EXPENSIVE! Overall, I was not impressed and ended our lease with them very quickly.

They wanted half of the quote money up front, did not even have half of our belongings listed and the CU (cubic units) was short, about 1,000 cu. Plus, other issues we will not mention. We felt they lacked proper communication and dealings were not professional from our standpoint. My husband contacted "VALLEY CUSTOM MOVERS" from Nampa, ID and we cannot say enough great things about them. Corey is one of the owners. came to our home and physically walked through and listed everything with us. He listened, answered all our questions and always personally returned all our calls after were gave him the job. Yes, their quote was right on, matched everything we wanted moved and the quote was a very great price for what we needed. His crew did complete packing, loading and storing all belongings in their warehouse until we have a new home out of state. On our job we had 1 owner & 5 crew members and each one of them were very efficient in what they were doing. They each knew what needed to be done. The packing of our home (1,900+ sq ft) home was completed in about 5 hours. The next day it only took them about 2 hours + to load 2 trucks and take our belongings to their warehouse. My husband was thrilled with their professionalism, quality of work and how they each asked questions. To be sure that what was being moved would go into the trucks and items that needed to be left. They are like a one shop move with the same crew packing, loading, storing and delivering our belongings to our new home and setting up all our furniture. They all get an A+ rating from us from Tara in the office to Corey and the other owners and all their crew.

Service request was fast and easy and super affordable. Cody was so customer service friendly and made everything easy. My two movers, Conner and Phabian were friendly, kind, considerate, and down to earth as they come. They were careful with all my stuff( not one thing broken) and super helpful. If I ever had to move again, Valley Custom Moving is definitely my choice. I will be referring all my friends and family to them. Kudos to all you guys
