I am writing this review after having my Stor-Mor shed for over 13 years. The reason I am writing about our 13 year new shed is because of the value, dependability, and excellent craftsmanship of it. My shed has been used extensively over the past few years. It is still in excellent shape and all the original parts are still functioning properly. We are in the market for a new one and they are still the lowest price with an excellent track record with us. Ours is a 10x20 Gable. We painted it to match our house colors. I have never had any issues or concerns with it. I will miss it but I recently visited Stor-Mor shed and I am "VERY Impressed" with the numerous shed options. The work bench, loft, and window. Yes, my next shed will have all 3 added features. I am looking forward to this purchase. So, if you are looking for a dependable and durable shed this is it. NO Exceptions! read more

The 5* I was going to give was for the salesperson Brittany. She was professional, courteous and knew her stuff. The numerous callbacks we had were for the substandard materials used on our greenhouse but Brittany scheduled her employees to come back and fix them. They have a quality control department for this business but it appears they need to be more diligent on inspecting the quality of the materials used on a greenhouse or a shed which is why I only gave a 3*. I would recommend this company but be sure you inspect the materials being used if you hire them. read more

We are bought two sheds from this place, one back in 2006 or so and recently in 2021. Both experiences were excellent, communication was great, prices were right about where I expected them to be. The quality of the sheds are fairly good, being able to cheaply add on a workbench or shelving has been great. Our largest shed really came in handy. Very happy with our decision. read more

Went in for a bid on a new shed and was met and treated so professional, sat down with the consultant and had a bid within 30 minutes. When I get my concrete job lined up I will be back to order my new storage shed. read more

Best investment we have made for our property in a long time! They just built and installed a new greenhouse in our garden that is stunning! The whole process from ordering up to and including building the greenhouse has been fabulous! I could not be happier and look forward to growing beautiful plants and veggies. I 100% recommend Meridian Stor-Mor! read more

I wanted to build a shed but needed help with measurements. I noticed Store More advertised "free onsite visit" so I requested one. They tried to persuade me to use the online shed builder instead and come look at sheds. I again stated I needed an onsite visit due to the tricky area the shed would sit. I never heard from them again. I called a local Idaho company and they were more than happy to come out. I'll buy a shed from them. read more

Once they get your money they could care less about the piece of s*** building is all yours the general manager of this company for my area is rude nasty and could care less about the customer he's got my money he could care less about me and my problems. I am so disappointed in this company and their buildings. I made an over $12,000 mistake but we'll make it my mission to let everyone know everywhere I Go just how this company is. read more

I recently moved into a 7 year old home that had an existing 10x16 Stor-Mor Shed. While still being in great shape, I wanted to get it repainted before winter. Everyone I worked with from Britney, in the officer, to Kolby who came out and re-painted and conditioned my shed was a 5 star professional. If you need a new shed or would like yours reconditioned, I highly recommend Stor-Mor Sheds. You won't be sorry you called them. DD read more

My daughter recently had a lean to shed built by Stor Mor of Meridian. While it looks good from the outside, the inside is a different matter. I'm very disappointed with the construction. Wall stud center is fine with 16 inch on center but roof rafters are 24 inch on center. That results in most of the rafters not lining up with a wall stud. One rafter is directly centered between 2 wall studs. Guess these guys never heard of load paths. As it's not that big of a shed and the rafters are 2x4, in order to space the rafters 16 inch on center would have only required the use of 4 more 2x4s. Additionally, the top plate is only a single 2x4. The header above the 8 foot wide door is a 4x4. General rule is 2 2x4s for a 4 foot span, 2 2x6 for a 6 foot span and 2 2x8 for an 8 foot span. There appears to be very little flush cut on the rafters where they meet the top plate of the outside wall. There's a 1/2 gap there. I didn't get any help when I stopped by the construction office to discuss my concerns. Nobody offered to look at the shed or change anything. read more

Manuel and his wife, Victoria, did an amazing build this morning!! Our shed looks fabulous and I can't believe they had it done in four hours. I'm absolutely speechless. Thanks so much for providing such great installers!! Stor-Mor has my endorsement and I will definitely recommend. read more

I would recommend this company over and over. We had to change our install date numerous times and they were so patient and flexible! James, Alex and Prince did an amazing job with the install. They were professional and friendly. Definitely a great company to work with! read more

After reviewing several vendors in the Boise/Meridian area for a shed, I decided to go with Stor Mor Sheds because of their long history in the business. The online tutorial was very helpful and I decided to send for a quote for a basic shed. The installation appointment was scheduled three months out from the contract date and would call me it they had cancellations. The date finally came and was installed while I was at work. When I finally had a chance to survey the installation I was completely disappointed. The company installed the shed in a manner that was completely unacceptable. David called me yesterday to apologize for the incident that occurred with one of his workers. He wanted to make sure that it would never happened again. His installation crew came out yesterday and repaired what initially went wrong. Thanks to David and his professional crew, I am happier with my shed read more

Really liked this company. Have had two sheds from them. However, their follow-up on quality issues is something to be desired. My shed is about 5 years old now and the side panels are are coming off. I stopped into the office to see if anything could be done or get some advice on fixing it and was given an email address to their quality control. Sent pictures and a description a week ago and have never heard back. You can plainly see the side walls coming off. Even if it's out of warranty they could at least tell me how to fix it! Kinda disappointed on them. Amendment: Stir-Mor sheds called the other day and told me they hadn't seen my email. Okaay. I was told that my shed was out of warranty, which I knew, but since it hasn't been all that long and they had a crew in Kuna on Friday, they would have them stop by and fix it. They guy came out on Friday, fastened all the panels coming loose and caulked them all. Now this is the kind of service I remember from the company. Thank you Alex for taking care of this. Just confirms I went with the right people. read more

I am beyond impresses with the work ethic, professionalism, and customer service of Stor-Mor Sheds. From our initial meeting to design our garden shed, to James & crew arriving in Twin Falls, the work was outstanding. It was "hotter than the hinges of Hell" that day-100+- and these guys unloaded into a tricky backyard and went straight to work. Construction actually began around 10:00 AM, and they were done by 5:15. The crew was friendly to us and our dogs and respectful of our neighbors. Now, I haven't even had my shed for 24 hours, but I absolutely love it, and I'm sure if there are issues, I will find the same treatment that I've had so far. read more

Recently got my Stor Mor shed. What a great process. Staff was helpful and friendly when I picked it out. My HOA had restrictions for paint colors. No problem for Stor Mor. Add a window. No problem for Stor Mor. Delivery and set up in one day. Installation was no problem for Stor Mor. All the joints are tight and good build quality. Way to go Stor Mor!! read more

Would give them zero stars if I could. Complete bait and switch. Took me out and showed me a shed and told me that was what I was getting. I signed the contract. Shed showed up and was smaller than they showed me. Their answer to me was "read your contract". Their customer services was- "you signed the contract, you have to pay for it. If you want it removed, you have to pay us to do it." The worst customer service and sales I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! read more

Can't speak to the sheds but the customer service sucks. I reserved a U-Haul two months in advance to move across the country. Weeks before the pickup date, I called in order to confirm my reservation but had to leave a message, which was never returned. I attempted calling several more times, never having an answer to my call. It wasn't until I contacted them through a website app that I was told Stephan was in charge of the U-Haul stuff and to try calling. Replying that I did try calling, I was given another number to reach Stephan, which I called and left another message. I was called the following day, only to be told that they no longer did U-Haul reservations, so now I had to scramble in order to find another U-Haul. While in the course of asking questions, Stephan hung up on me. read more

Stor-Mor offers a great product at a fair price. Installation was very professional and accurate. I was unable to be home at the time, and they easily built the shed in the proper configuration with basic, quickly written instructions. I shopped around quite a bit and looked at many local options for a shed installation. I'm very glad I chose Stor-Mor. read more

Stor-Mor exceeded my expectations in all phases of our transaction. David Argon in the sales department was professional and knowledgeable regarding options. Their website is extremely user friendly in setting up your requirements. The installation crew was professional and considerate of our property and they showed pride in their workmanship. The date originally promised was met and the communication and follow up from the staff was accurate and timely. I highly recommend this company as one to consider for any storage shed. read more

Slapped my shed together late one evening when crew was terribly behind schedule. Nails left everywhere, terrible shim work. They were supposed to return within a few days to add the roof vent but never did even after multiple calls and texts. It's been 4 months.... Make sure you are home to see it's done right. read more

I designed a custom workshop shed. I paid top dollar. Every time it rained the floor got flooded due to the threshold of the garage door that was installed incorrectly from the start. I was told that the garage door was at fault. A rubber sill was installed which did not make any difference. The problem was the metal sill that was installed overlapping. The owner of the company after a few months did state that it was the wrong sill installation. Finally another sill was sent to me that did not work.at all. I asked for another sill that would work . I am still waiting... six months later, for a reply. Now my sub floor and floor joists have to be replaced due to the excessive water damage. I have to relocate my whole workshop and tools tools to be able cut out the damaged floor. I am so disappointed and totally frustrated. I could of purchased a Tuf shed and would of had no problems. I am sorry to say that would not recommend these guys to anyone. read more

There is a reason they only have 2 out of 5 stars on BBB. They are completely unprofessional. If you have a problem they will send out the cheapest people to "fix" the problem, which will only result in more problems. After you call to many times they will tell you they don't need this and explain how many buildings they repo in a day... After no work is done they will threaten to take you to court. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. read more

Storm our sheds built us a gorgeous shed. It's great quality, great materials, they matched our house colors, none of that can be denied. I have a couple of MAJOR issues with their customer service, however. FIRST: We did a quote online in February and their price more than doubled - yes DOUBLED - in 33 days. They guarantee their prices for 30 days. That's pretty crappy. I can understand price is going up a bit in this economy , especially with what happened to gas prices at that time , but adding $2700 to a $2500 shed quote is outrageous (The SAME design). We downgraded the design and we were still $1200 over our original quote. SECOND: In order to save a little bit of money, we asked if they have a military discount. They assured us that they do. It's 5%. Better than nothing. When they took our money, they did NOT give us the 5% military discount. My husband called and emailed them multiple times with no reply. He finally went down to their store, asked an employee to speak with someone about our situation, the employee left to get a manager, the manager did not come out, just sent the employee back with a message that we would be refunded our money in 5 to 7 business days, not on the spot, even though we'd paid CASH. That manager did not even come speak to my husband face-to-face. TERRIBLE Customer service for a service member or any member of the public. Not impressed. But the shed is great quality. If you don't care about good service with your products these days, go for it. read more

If you're looking for top quality in materials and workmanship Stor-Mor is the place to buy your shed! Super helpful, Olivia was wonderful, friendly and experienced from building my shed on their useful on-line digital modeling tool to final installation. Brain and his team were very thorough to ensure the shed was placed in the exact spot, door opening, level/square and touching up paint. My custom shed was built to the exact specification, including custom matched paint colors, they even supplied me with extra paint. Could not be happier and would 100% recommend Stor-Mor! read more

We spent over $9,000 on a shed and upon arrival, we realized it had a hornets nest in between the wall and window. I immediately called and was told someone would come out to remove it, which I thought was nice and outstanding customer service. After 3 weeks and multiple calls to the office, I was finally told that they WON'T come remove the nest, that once it's sold, it's out of their hands and not really their problem, even if the nest was their when it was delivered. No one had the courtesy to call me and tell me this, they made me calll back over and over. Plus, the the delivery driver arrived early and didn't call to let us know he was on the way. The driver was upset because there was a power line in the way of the driveway, which we were coming to assist with but, again, he arrived early with no notice and was rude about the whole thing. If you do buy a shed from them, beware and check for hornets nests before they leave it. Poor, poor service. read more

We are very happy with our new StorMor detached garage. We live in the historic district in downtown Boise and must abide by some pretty strict rules. We were out of state when the Historic District (HD) scheduled the public hearing. Preston spoke on our behalf and we were able to successfully move forward with the build. We built a two-story 22x24 garage -- both Nathan and Preston were wonderful to work with. They listened to our ideas and told us what was possible within the guidelines of the HD. We made some minor adjustments as the project progressed and they did them all without missing a beat. There were a few kinks that needed working out on their end too, and they responded to everything quickly and made sure we were happy with the product in the end. This is a very well built garage and we would hire StorMor in a heartbeat. read more
