Very professional, friendly, accommodating, put me at ease, communicated with me all the way until it was time for me to move, and their prices are very reasonable. I am a single female and I felt comfortable using them. They treated all of my belong with care, talked to my cats as they screamed their heads off (oranges), and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Terrible experience! Do not recommend. The works moved sooo slow taking their sweet time. Then while packing the truck told me they didn't know if they could finish because they had anoher job to get too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Contacted the owner as i need my stuff moved. He told me there was more items then expected and he would see what he could do.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The did manage to move all items. But our sold dinning room table is broken and they left nasty finger prints all over our front door. They dont wear gloves or protect any part if the house while moving items. I had Bluebird Company move me yesterday, Friday, December 1, 2023. They were awesome. I had two trucks and four guys as I've accumulated a lot in my years. They were good with my items, got in and started packing immediately. But we had a problem when leaving - first truck got stuck going up the driveway, slid and almost hit a fence. We had to wait a couple hours for a tow truck but once that was done, we moved to the new place. Another guy was sent from the company since it was getting so late. these guys worked like you wouldn't believe. Unfortunately, I had a melt down because I've g too much stuff for the new place but they were so super. They really tried helping me!!!! I just want everyone to know these guys care and do go beyond expectations. I'd hire them again without hesitation - though they might not want to work with me again. For starters, they were early to our first location, loaded up our ENTIRE HOUSE in 50 minutes, then made a stop at our storage unit and completely unloaded at our new house insanely fast.
