We hired a 3 man crew from this company to move furniture and boxes for us. During the 5 hours of…read moremoving, 2 of the 3 men yelled at, intimidated and/or threatened us. This is not a professional company. Do not hire them if you want yourself or your belongings safe. During our move, which happened during a light snowfall, our mattress wasn't wrapped as tightly as it could have been, and it was placed in such a way in the truck that it absorbed quite a bit of water (see photos). When mentioned to the crew, one man, whom I had already asked not to smoke near our furniture, became combative. Requests for that individual to calm down and not even rude or yell at us in our own home, turned to the man informing us he was off the clock and shouting in our front yard to the point where we had to ask him to leave our property- he then sat in the truck leaving the other two to do all the work. When it came time to settle the bill, we called the office (no response) to discuss the damages and a 2 vs 3 person rate. We asked the crew to have her get in touch with us. While I was on the phone with Melanie, business owner/customer service, the remaining crew started yelling at and then threatened my fiancé, shouting that they would call the police for us refusing to pay- we were not, we were discussing the damage and the crew member who walked off the job. The crew manager informed me that he was Melanie's boss and he'd just call the police. Melanie heard all this, called them and sorted it out. The yelling and the threats were terrifying and unprofessional. This is not how you treat customers and is a horrible reflection of the "business." Do your research and go with someone more reputable and safe.

The facility is clean (which was very important to me) and secure. River and Mario at the facility are friendly and nice River signed me up quickly and I was able to move in within minutes. Both of them are helpful when you are at the facility during open hours. I like the control through the blue tooth app. The signal can get a little dicey but it has always worked. When you arrive you can pull into the indoor bay. There are carts to help move things around. Easy.

And I'm not talking about from the promotional rate to the regular rate. From the regular rate, they've raised it twice, for a total of more than $50/month -- $600+ a year! Not only that, but their efforts to be more technology driven make dealing with them a pain. There is no on-premises staff to talk to at any time. You have to stand in an empty lobby and talk to someone remotely over a video call if you need help. They require you to use an app to gain access to anywhere in the building. The lobby, opening the garage door, the restroom, the elevator, etc. But the apps are unreliable and inconsistent. And there's two of them. We were supposed to start using the new one but it doesn't work (the old one still does?). I wish I never moved my stuff in here. I wouldn't recommend this storage unit to anyone.

They were timely and showed up exactly when they were supposed to, were very communicative throughout the whole process, and were incredibly fast and super efficient!. When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. I highly recommend using Move4U the next time you need movers. Their pricing is very affordable and hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My back would never have survived this move and am very grateful for these guys!

They got started right away and I never felt like they dragging to get extra money. Actually I was surprised at how quickly they were working. When it was over, I was offered the chance to search the inside of the truck to make sure nothing was left. The pricing was exactly as discussed. They also denied using my microwave and leaving splatter from beans all over inside. Additionally, two large antique mirrors were not boxed. Did they really think their employees would admit to doing the damage? I have folks who had seen this item previously and can testify that the photos are exact. And the lack of holders for the shelves. And folks who can testify to the mess left by their beans in my microwave.
