When it was time to drive to my new place they took a longer route. My GPS said the fast route was an 8 minute drive the route they took was 16 minutes I followed them. I asked for 2 movers for 2 hours because I read online that is usually the estimate for our needs. On the day of the move, they were running late which wasn't really a problem for us. They called as soon as they new when they'd be here. It ended up being 2 and a half hours late BUT they added an extra mover at no extra cost. They were very fast, and all three of them were very nice. They put each box in whatever room we asked them to. They unloaded all in a hour and seemed ready to leave but since I booked them for two hours I asked them to put together our couch and bed before they left. At one point during the unloading, my dad tried to move my car but it wouldn't start so one of them jumped my car for us! I ended up paying $360 (120 per hour, 2 hours work, 1 hour travel) via Venmo after they had finished the job.

I called up Move Assist, Mark the owner answered the phone, I gave him the general amount of furniture and other stuff we wanted to move the date and they have quotes on their website so you can get an idea of the prices. Plus you can provide the truck or they can. They arrived, surveyed the apartment and got to work, how they managed to fit everything into that truck I will never know but they did! And really fast too! They made sure to wrap up out delicate furniture and make sure our glass doors were safe. Brought our stuff up to the 2nd floor (at no extra charge!) and put it just where we wanted it. They were a third of the cost of a large moving company!!
