Igor's team was fantastic from beginning to end--I had originally contacted them through email, and they called back almost immediately to discuss materials, size of room, and what we were looking for. Igor then visited two days later to do a full measure of the room and lugged in (literally) 10 pounds of different flooring samples for us to choose from. After we chose the material, he had a quote to us within 24 hours and an appointment set up shortly after. The team during installation was great as well--they were polite, prompt, and extremely efficient. They took up all my old floor and carpet and laid down the flooring quickly, moving my furniture for me and keeping any dust to a bare minimum. They made sure to clean up at the end of the day (the project took 2.5 days) and swept up dust nightly. We had a small issue with the wrong material being delivered, and Igor was able to resolve that immediately, personally driving out the next day just to install some edging on the top of the stairs. The installation took him just under 30 minutes, and he drove out over an hour just to do that for us. Overall, they were great and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone for their future flooring needs.

Awful communication about out-of-stock tile and when they would be showing up to work. Garbage left around the house, hardwood floors installed and left scuffed, doors removed for installation of floor and then put back and don't work, trim is not flush with the wall. Project was estimated to take 7-10 days and it's been 3 weeks and it is still not complete, partially due to waiting on tile. Was told they would be arriving today to complete the project and they did not and still do not have a time for tomorrow. They moved on to other projects and left damage and unfinished work. Some parts of the hardwood look really nice but I can't recommend them based on my experience. I hope to be able to come back and update the review and say they at least repaired the damage, fixed their mistakes and completed the project.

Brandon was part of both our pickup and delivery crews, and he is fantastic. He has the most upbeat, friendly demeanor, while also being incredibly careful and attentive. Throughout the entire process, he made sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy with how the move was being handled. Stephen was also part of our delivery crew and was equally amazing. He put furniture back together and then patiently moved pieces an inch forward, an inch back, or wherever we asked until everything was exactly where we wanted it. On the day of, Carlos arrived promptly with another employee along with all the equipment and material. After showing him the problem areas, he assured me that the job would be done to my satisfaction and he certainly kept his word. I returned 4 hours later and although, I could only peep from the door, the floors looked great when I did finally enter the unit 3 days later (allowing plenty of time to let the oil dry). Now all this down pours the last week destroyed house. Ceiling dropped floor soaked. Now it destroying family room ceiling underneath. Cannot believe came out twice with paperwork never showed to cover roof to atleast slow the rain from damaging everything.Same answer twice there no longer here. Not showing up to meet agent and now have to put money out of pocket to fix all. Now its the roor,ceiling floor,ceiling and a claim held against.
