From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

They sent me a contract, they answered any questions I had and made me feel good about choosing them and the move itself. You know how it is and how stressed out you are when its moving time. Had to move about 40 miles away and with Atlanta traffic, even on a Saturday, it was nice to leave it up to someone else. Plus they didnt charge for the drive to get to my house I was moving out of. Thought that was really nice. They did charge me time to drive to my new home but again thats very fair. Second, the bad- I got the three-crew option. The leader was a long term employee and knew what he was doing. The other two gents were new and I am not complaining, we all have to start sometime. But they were slow and always seemed to be on their phone when something was not in their hand. I felt like if they were working at a faster clip it would not have to have taken the extra time I paid for. Really needed to micromanage the other two and felt like shouldnt have had to do that. Mistakes were made. They left their tools at my old house for disassembling and putting furniture back together. Shouldnt you have a checklist before you leave? Third, the ugly- I have a very expensive bedroom set that I bought five years ago and was all that I was moving that was really nice as it was a paring down move with lots of stuff not coming. They damaged that furniture dropping it on its corners. First, they tried to say it was like that when they moved but later fessed up. The leader of the crew then was like no worries we will send someone out to fix it up. Though I am not a carpenter, I thought there is no way what they did could be fixed. After almost six months of going back and forth they sent me less than 150 dollars. I did not pay for the "extra" insurance, so what I had was the basic insurance. I was naive enough to believe I didnt need the extra insurance. I am paying professionals to move it so dont you know how to move it without damaging it? Thats only a rhetorical question at this point as I know the answer. I liked their business model, just wish the execution was better in my case.

Some how a misunderstanding came about and at the last minute (I do mean last) and she was able to fit me onto her site whew ! When we arrived she had just finished cleaning and treating the unit to be rented. We started the paperwork, she explained everything and later delivered an envelope to me knowing that we were on a time schedule. If you need a storage unit call about availability Ark fills up pretty quickly and the "special rates" are "good for six months only."

Location and price are important but being able to access my unit at anytime and still feel safe is huge for us! Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. This was a 9 mile move.....No accountability for broken items, damage to move out home property and overall service. Majorly scratched the driveway from moving trucks which nearly killed the deal of selling the home at the closing table. Learn from my mistakes and go with a more reputable company.

However, during the move they did damage to some our our furniture which we are still finding damage to certain prices. they damaged our new refrigerator and the owner of the company took photos and said they would send someone out to replace one of the front panels. We're still waiting on that promise months later. They make a lot of promises but don't follow up to fix problems. I noticed their workers were careless with items being moved. I just happened to catch them dragging our expensive mattress across the rough concrete driveway. They lost our remote for the bed. only after much prodding did they finally replace it, I would not use this company ever again!!!
