When I visited her and the brand-new facility, I was astounded by the setting, the cost, the clean restrooms, the well-kept units, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness. This location is among the greatest in Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes. I absolutely recommend it. The fact that they genuinely care about their clients is what caught my attention. I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere in the front lobby, which includes coffee, water, pastries, and more. What a wonderful location. P.S. I am shocked to see how negative remarks were made in the previous feedback, with which I absolutely disagree. We ended up having water damage and mold issues with several of our items in both of our units. Also we had an issue with an ant and roach infestation... As far as location, very easily accessible. However, driving between the units, is tight. Especially if your pulling a trailer or in a huge moving truck. I think price was very fair and auto pay made it easy.

We told Midgard up front when we planned on moving out but failed to re notify them a month prior. As a result, we have a storage unit sitting empty for the next month that we had to pay for.

Extremely Disappointed - Long-Time Tenant Treated Poorly…read more I've rented a 10x10 unit here for years, even before Public Storage took over. Since then, the experience has gone downhill fast. My rent skyrocketed to $300/month, while they were advertising the same unit for $52/month online. When I called to speak with a manager, no one got back to me--though I did get a token $25/month discount for a few months, conveniently after a $50/month price hike. The doors frequently malfunction, and the worst part is how poorly long-time tenants are treated. When I finally gave notice, the manager called me--only after seeing my move-out date. I told him I found the same size unit elsewhere for a fraction of the price, and he basically shrugged it off. No attempt to retain a loyal customer. Public Storage is gouging renters. Avoid this place.

They strong-armed us into buying the insurance and they would NOT accept our homeowner insurance policy from Citizens Property Insurance a STATE RUN-Insurance Company. They threatened us regarding our unit and called us their multiple times to provide our homeowner insurance, and they said the coverage was not enough even though our homeowner policy was over $650,000 and they would lose our policy we submitted to them. Their management crew located at 22831 Preakness Blvd in 2022 and 2024 was not good. Also, the elevator did not work during the Holidays (November and December). They also kept increasing the price to our unit and new clients they would rent the units there for a $1.00 a month while they are increasing loyal client's units by 100%.
