The professional over the phone appropriately dealt with all my COVID concerns and reassured me that the movers would be wearing masks and all of my furniture would be protected. TIMELY & EARLY - Dylon and his amazing team texted me the morning of to confirm and ask me if I had any questions. Then he called me a couple hours before to ask if he could come earlier as they finished another job earlier. I said great!!! They arrived an hour earlier and requested a tour. They arrived all wearing masks and were polite and friendly, which made me feel safe as a single female. EFFICIENT & DILIGENT- The guys were super efficient and surgical as they expediately wrapped and moved my furniture and boxes. I was BEYOND impressed at their pace of working. ABOVE & BEYOND - Dylon and his team say me moving hangers and smaller items from my car and immediately jumped in to help. The guys cleaned up everything and all trash, they also made sure that in each room that the way that I wanted to furniture to be arranged. I will use them time and time again! When I got a text about my move yesterday, I called to confirm my rescheduled move and got the AI that opened a ticket for me that no one responded to. This morning I got a message that my movers were on the way. So I called again. I finally ended up speaking with Mark. He was very rude and condescending. He would not let me finish my sentence, and had zero empathy. While I did initially reschedule due to personal reasons, the elevator in my building is down, which makes moving from the 8th floor an issue. They want to charge me a $200 change fee for a move that I rescheduled in their portal two weeks ago. Terrible service.

They were on time, reliable and very methodical about their approach to moving and planned it out strategically, finishing in record time. I was impressed the way they protected my furniture and all fragile items. They don't have any competitors in my opinion, and I have moved many times previously due to the military. They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.
