Rented a 5x10 storage…read moreunit that is really ONLY 4x7 .... so sitting there with a truck load of stuff and about 1/3 of it doesn't fit in the unit.... and nowhere to put it. More than 20 phone calls over 10 days and the manager is never available and whoever is at the property "can't help" There is no way to contact the company head office or supervisor - calls just go in an endless loop from one number to another, never being answered and you can't leave a message - the system just disconnects on you. Forced to pay for / use / THIER insurance - not permitted to use my own insurance. Access Hours - 9am - 6pm.... So if you want to go before, or after work, forget it! If you want to start moving before it gets to be 100° in the desert, forget it! The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star instead of a 1 is because the facility is clean and seems safe, but they left me in a very bad position and have done nothing to correct it or help HAD TO TAKE THE OVERFLOW AND RENT A UNIT SOMEPLACE ELSE - ON THE SPOT!! Deceptive business practices and horrible service.

The unit buildings are always pristine and freshly painted. There is improved security to the building doors, to provide even more security to interior units. I received excellent customer service when I went into the office to review my account. They provide senior discounts and consideration for providing annual payment, verse monthly.
