I think the only problem I had was with the app. I had previously utilized public storage at another unit a year ago and the system would not allow me to use the previous account information and I had to create a new account completely. The storage facility manager cut the lock on my unit to allow someone to "deliver" [something?] to it without calling me and asking first. Explicitly in breach of their own contract. After realizing that the contents of my unit didn't seem in line with what was being delivered, they checked the guys paperwork and realized it was the wrong unit. Maybe. They gave me new locks, but seem to completely miss the fact that 1. Per their own contract, they are not permitted to access the unit for reasons like this. 2. It's not acceptable to cut someone's unit open because some random delivery person says they need to put something in it.

Climate control works and I never feel unsafe going here even at night knowing that I'm on camera and everything is gated. They have several different size units from ones you can fit RVs inside to the small ones with offices where you can run your small business they also have climate controlled and not climate controlled to meet your needs when I found them. They were the best price in the area and I randomly check to make sure that I'm not missing a deal somewhere else and they still continue to beat everyone in the area.

When I visited the storage facility over four months ago to move my things out, I discovered that the air conditioning was not working. There's no telling how long it had been out, and they didn't notify tenants about the issue. They were deceitful and left us to deal with the problem they created, with no compensation for our damaged items. I've had to make two trips between Texas and New York because of them. When I moved out of state, I needed my belongings, but no one wanted to move me because the heat was unbearable and unsafe. I had to continue storing my things there. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage, and the "regional manager" Akira, along with their fake insurance company, has ignored my emails and claims for months! If you're currently storing items at this facility, I strongly recommend checking your unit immediately to ensure your belongings aren't damaged. If they are, don't waste time--sue them. Communicating with anyone there, especially the incompetent manager on-site, is a waste of time and energy. This company is run by a bunch of clowns. My experience has been nothing but frustrating, starting the day I moved in. They promised air-conditioned units, but the A.C. broke down, and it took over three months to repair. Every time I called for an update, I was met with excuses and rude attitudes. For months, they lied about working on the AC. They also lied about compensating me for the inconvenience. I have an email from the regional manager stating that I would be compensated so I could move my things out at no additional charge once the air conditioning was fixed. After months of lies, I finally went to the location to move my things a day after the AC was repaired. The female property manager, the one who always has candles lit at the front desk (a safety hazard), refused to give me access to my unit without payment, despite the email clearly stating I wouldn't have to pay. When I tried to show her the email, she spitefully refused to even look at it. They stole my money after violating their contract by not providing AC, which caused my expensive business products, furniture, and other items to mold (see the attached pictures). At one point, the property manager even threatened to fight me. I contacted their so-called corporate office, left several voice messages, and got no response. I also tried contacting them through their website, but there's no email set up to receive messages. Instead, I received threatening emails from them. Akira, who was initially responsive, eventually stopped answering my calls altogether. I filed a claim and received a bizarre message from someone who I believe is an adjuster at their company. No one followed up, despite my multiple emails. I could go on and on about the issues there. When I arrived at the facility, there were no lights and no AC. My first interaction with the manager at the front desk involved her hanging up on me when I asked her to check the lights because they weren't working. She kept arguing that the lights worked, but they didn't. After explaining that we had already tried turning them on, she hung up on me. Eventually, a man was sent to our unit to fix the lightbulb, but he didn't even have a ladder. Luckily, I had a ladder in my unit. We had to give him our ladder just to fix the problem after being hung up on. Everyone there, except for the nice gentleman who fixed the light, has been unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Nothing works there! They don't have air conditioning, tools to repair things, or customer service. But the property manager sure had candles burning at the front desk like she was at home. **Store your stuff here, and I guarantee you will have issues.**

Instead of immediately referring us to a pricey locksmith, he suggested coming in to see how he could help. Ultimately, we were able to gain access to the unit and everything was just as we left it.
