Car transportation from Houston to Redwood City seemed like a long trek so I was worried about damages to the car along the way or a late/delayed ETA. My mother had back surgery so the bed is broken causing her to have to sleep in a recliner at 70 years old. This man instead of making a claim continues to try to fix this and that. Didn't send professionals to fix my sofa he and the undocumented non speaking English employee came and put a bracket on my sofa as well. Which still comes a loose.
