Always pleasant customer service and I go at least twice a week to return my purchases. Lines always nice fast. Clean and bright store.

Customer service was top tier. I didn't have everything I needed to make a return and they saw I was a bit flustered so they helped me organize my items and did not charge me extra for supplies. This made for a very easy return. I'm very pleased and will always go to this location for my UPS needs. read more

I went to the store on 6/19/25 for shredding service. I had a coupon which the employee did not even bother looking at, just said they do not honor it and I can try another store. The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Houston, Texas

I have been going to UPS Store #4349 for many years. The personnel are friendly, competent, and helpful. In particular, Navin has been especially helpful in getting packages sent. I highly recommend this establishment and am grateful that it has such wonderful people working there! read more

Incompetent and rude employees. They'll make you jump through hoops for a package, green light you to pick it up, and tell you last minute that they can't give it to you. I used to get my things shipped here and after this, I never will again. Their new employee Victoria is the most passive aggressive employee I've encountered. read more

Probably fine for jobs that require minimal interaction with staff, but do not come here expecting polite communication or any iota of interest in helping a customer solve an issue or concern. "The customer is always right," a motto my father, owner of a successful small business, proudly lives by, does not apply here. Have some trouble with an Amazon return? Have a large print job and need help figuring out the most economical method of printing it? Don't bother getting any genuine help here. They pride themselves on not being upfront about their prices. I won't get into that story here though. What did it for me today was that I came in to ask if they could check on the status of a return, since I did not receive confirmation from Amazon. At once I was met with defensive tones of voice and finger wagging from the owner and his wife. I tried to offer constructive criticism to them saying that their behavior was rude and was told, "Get out of here if you don't like it!" While I get that my Amazon return question is something they do not have control over, my issue with these people is the way they communicate when someone needs additional help beyond the routine UPS service of sending packages. read more

I was helped yesterday by two employees despite them being extremely busy at the time they were able to help me with all questions and concerns I had for other things I could do at the store. Packaging was quick nd easy as well. read more

This team is always busy. There are always plenty of people to help customers and the team goes above and beyond. This is my go to place for sending packages and for returning Amazon packages. I Had a large package going back to Amazon. I was in line and when my turn came, I told to move to one side. There were 2 employees continued serving other customers and ignoring me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked the male employee for help, he told me to tape better, when he himself taped another customers himself and with out any charge. He did not want to tape mine package and reluctantly gave me tape. UPS pick-up truck driver came to get package, male employee asked if my package was ok to be picked up as is. Driver said yes, but the employee still did not accept my package. While I was taping the package, the female employee yelled and demanded the tape back. I refused and continued taping the package. After finishing the taping, I returned tape to male employee. He processed the order and gave me the receipt. Then he said to me, " you did not pay for the tape". He charged me $3.00 but did not provide receipt. When I asked that why he did not charge the customer whose package he taped. He commented that was a paid customer indicating AMAZON does not pay for returns. read more

If I could post NO Stars I would. I went in store to try to get the Manager request that a person in a parking spot live so I could drop off a Large package and he said he could don nothing - despite there being a sign. Then he turned on me because O was complaining. I have been going there for 20 years. I will stop using UPS - very poor customer service! Taken over by very poor management read more

I went by this store a few days ago to drop off 2 packages with prepaid return labels. I emailed one of the labels to this store with a request to please print it. When I got there, I informed the woman that I emailed a label to them (FULLY EXPECTING TO PAY FOR THE ONE PAGE PRINTOUT.) She started lecturing me about how they don't normally print out free shipping labels but she'll do it for me this one time. I replied that I'm not looking for anything for free and will gladly pay for it. The lecture continued to which I replied I'm not giving anyone my business who attacks people this way and turned around and walked out! I will NEVER go back to this store, even though it's right down the street. You just lost a customer to your money making business 10-15-19 I stopped by here today for some reason but was quickly reminded why I don't go here anymore. There was a young man there with curly hair and glasses that was SO rude! I told him at the end that we have options to go to other UPS stores and he responded then do it!! I am done with this location and will report them to UPS headquarters. I'm sure they'd like to know what poor service this location gives. I highly recommend the postal shop by Kroger on Eldridge. She is grateful for your business! read more

Horrible service 0 stars, there was 2 people working and 1 was taking care of a person in front of me, the other worker took 6minutes to get up from his phone and take care of a package for me. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

This store is a joke! They could careless about customer service. They raised their voice when I asked a question about a package. UPS package was redirected and delivered to this location. I got 2 emails stating to pick it up : 1) addressee needed to bring in ID or 2) if someone else picking it up they needed tracking number. My husband when to pick up. They would not give him package. They do not follow the policies and procedures of UPS. They need their franchise revoked. I have never been so frustrated at employees who don't give a damn. read more

This store charge for taping and printing return labels. It's not like couple cent that you don't mind paying but $2 for taping and $3 for printing return labels. I went to return amazon package and this store asked for $5 total to returning my package. This is ridiculous!! So I went to other UPS and they were happy to print my return labels and tape my box for free, unlike from this store! Totally not recommend this store! 1 star is even too much to give!!! read more

Quick and friendly service. Not as crowded and crazy as other locations. Package arrived before they said and was not damaged.

I wish I can give this place zero stars . The owner is rude and no customer service. I asked a question on why I received two email's 1st one said package is being sent 2nd one said it's not going to be sent. He had no reply on my question, he only said for me to stop talking and give him time to check on it. I said okay I'll but you still did not answer me on why the two emails and should I just disregard the email for now. He hung up on me "RUDE". If this UPS were not the only UPS near me I would go else where. read more

Two stars, only because the young kid was nice. But $3.50 to print a piece of paper just because amazon return didn't send a scannable QRG code? I mean amazon is annoying enough with that, but an entire ream of paper doesn't even cost that much. They charged the other lady in the store $1 just to tape her package shut. No other UPS store does that. Smh. I will gladly take my business to the other store down the street. You business owners should be ashamed of yourselves. You get paid by Amazon to handle their returns, so don't act like you're not double-dipping read more

I went in today to drop off my Amazon Package, very quick and easy. Got a receipt to track my purchase! Also had to print out a shipping label for USPS. Did not cost me anything to do! Everyone is so nice and it was fast! read more

Always a good experience at this UPS Store. Friendly and helpful staff. I use this store for all my personal and business shipping.

This location now charges $1 to tape your packages. I had a prepaid envelope from amazon that needed 6 in of tape.

This store charged $3.50 for a cardboard box, which I'm fine with. However, they added a $3.55 service fee for packing tape and "folding the box", which is absurd. Moral of the story: bring your own packing supplies when shipping from this location! read more

Like the other reviews, this store location nickels and dimes their customers. Charged $1 to tape the top of a 7" box. Glad I didn't ask to use a pen to fill out the label. I'm sure renting that would have been at least $2. I'll drive an extra 5min to go to the other ups store. read more

I typically would not leave a review, however the arrogant behavior of one of the employees at this location was extremely terrible. I went in to mail a 30oz yeti cup in a small box, shipping weight 1.4, I weighed it at my office 1.7 with the box. since I was already dropping off a package i was returning from Amazon, I decided to check and see about mailing a gift at the same time.. they will RIP YOU OFF! The guy behind the counter told me almost $30.00 to mail my cup even after I said no fast shipping was necessary. I was stunned, turned around went to the post office and shipped it for exactly $12.90, the price I had expected to pay. Jeez, be careful with these guys! Especially after the guy tried to convince me that the post office was going to cost me more! Glad I knew better... my first time here and certainly my last. read more

Worst ups store go else where, thieves more like it. Any other ups store would print label without a 3.50$ charge and they said too bad. I went in there to drop off some rented textbooks and was really surprised at how rudely I was treated. I asked what seemed like the manager if I could leave my package somewhere and he told me no because there was someone else in front of me. Keep in mind, that the store only had maybe three people inside and the person that he was helping had just left to use the copiers. He then stated that I could leave it on the counter and I told him I needed proof that I shipped it . I asked him if I could just leave it on the counter, and he had the nerve to say "that is what I just said, you can just leave it ". At that point I really just wanted to grab my package and leave, but I stayed in line and someone else helped me. Having worked retail my entire adult life, I always try to treat other people with respect when I enter an establishment. I did nothing to be treated so rudely and I will not be giving this store my business again, and I encourage you not to either. I can't believe the guy practically told me off for asking ONE question! read more

First off, I was to start by saying that I've gone to this location multiple times and I've never had an issue. Their service, however, was never outstanding enough for me to leave a positive review. Yesterday I stopped by here to ship a package which contained items I wanted returned to the company it was bought from. Therefore, the company itself provided me with a return label when I originally received the items. I did as instructed by putting that specific label on the package. Usually when I do this and take it to this location and they take it from there. I informed David, the representative helping me, that I wanted a tracking # and he went on to print the label. He then pointed to an address on the label, which was MY address, and said is this address correct? I said yes. I received a receipt and left. The next day, I get the package which I thought I was returning back in my mailbox. Confused, I went back to this location and informed them of what had happened. David was once again there and walked over to see the package after I explained what had happened and said "Oh, I didn't even see that" and then walked away. I was the only person at the store at this point. The other representative proceeded to make a CORRECT shipping label but once finished he stopped and let me know he had to ask David where to go from there. Another customer had walked in, David was helping them so I waited. Then David proceeded to tell me because I had signed a paper (with tiny lettering, of course) saying I verified the addressed so there was nothing they could do. I went on to say that I felt it was not fair since he had admitted to his mistake prior to that and he never said I was verifying the SHIPPING address when he had asked me to verify the day prior. He simply just said address. He tried to seem understanding after I told him that was not okay he then said "I can give you 5% off but that's it." FIVE! I laughed and continued to tell him that it was still not fair because I was still paying close to full price for a mistake that could have been prevented if he would have just read the shipping label CORRECTLY! Because he obviously admitted to reading it wrong. I've worked customer service and I know that there is always more an employee can do. ESPECIALLY when you ADMIT you had fault in the mistake at hand too! Don't you feel bad for taking someone's hard earned money for YOUR mistakes? I told them I was not expecting a free label but that $0.46 was not a reasonable discount for a mutual mistake? At this point there was a line forming and I decided to just go ahead and pay the price because it was not the other customer's fault this had happened and why mess up someone else's day just because mine was ruined? THEN, as if things weren't bad enough the other representative proceeded to charge me MORE than what I had paid the day prior. I originally paid $9.28 and they were trying to charge me $10.69 the second time. I pointed out their mistake once more and they fixed it but I was still not satisfied because I felt they were giving me a hard time because I was pointing out THEIR mistakes. I find this so unprofessional, not to mention the # David gave me was the wrong one for the issue at hand. The RIGHT NUMBER for their corporate office is 1800-789-4623 NOT the BS # they want to give you to save them from not being responsible for their mistakes and unhappy customers. (1800-742-5877 is the wrong # for complains, don't let them tell you otherwise. The representative that answered this # was nice enough to give me the correct one to their corporate office) read more
