Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Thank you guys for a great experience.

In preparation for our upcoming move, I've been looking around for a place to buy a large quantity of moving boxes. Target, U-Haul, etc. And I have been really surprised how much individual boxes cost. Husband did an internet search and found this place and we realized the cost per box was really great! And they offer all the side bits too, like tape guns, and bubble wrap, and packing paper. I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them. Fingers crossed that the rest of the move goes this smoothly!

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

From the moment I called to get a quote I felt at ease and confident in the exchange. After a day or two of receiving the quote, I decided to book. Stress free. Hassle free. Straight forward pricing. Prompt follow-up. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. I received a text reminder a few days before my move and a call the day before to confirm all details. The movers called when they were on their way on the day of ... nearly an hour's notice. They arrived, introduced themselves and we got right to the walk through. They worked and worked and worked until everything was securely wrapped, packed and loaded. The unloading and unpacking process was even faster. Was helpful at first and then Flat out lied about the damaged said it was pre existing, I was standing there when the damaged happen . And even the movers said it was his fault and took pictures of it . Told me not to worry they would fix it . Cam Lovelace called me a lier and basically said they won't do anything , this was a very old price of furniture , they can just damage your stuff and. Say what they want to get out of making it right . They lie and falsify documents, to cover their failures . I have been in contact with Jon Nobis which wasn't easy to get is info . But with help from people I did this morning . Hopefully this will get looked at . The next step ifs Randy shacks with the power of social media . This will not go away till it's resolved . **Update **: This must be Cam.Lovelace responding!! It Really shows lack of professionalism not identifying your self ! And proved you're Covering it ip And you can say what you want , I did not threaten anyone just said I would talk to the guy that lied and ask him why ! Yawl didn't even check into it . Had the same exact stuff moved with them and they sent 3 guys. They took twice as long and cost over $2000.00. They damaged my stairs in my old house from top to bottom, they damaged my walls, ceiling, and my leather couch from just dragging the sections on the floor. Called and filed a "claim" with them and I've been getting the run around ever since. Carlos is the claims manager and doesn't call you back or answer texts etc. Stay away!!

I paid approximately $2,200 to move from a one-bedroom apartment into a two-bedroom condo, and what should have been an exciting day turned into a complete disaster. I was charged $178 per hour, and the movers worked from around 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. For an hourly move, I was extremely disappointed with how slowly the job progressed. Even worse, my freshly painted walls were scraped, chipped, and damaged, several pieces of my furniture were damaged, and lamps were broken. I have photos documenting the condition they left my home and belongings in. I have no problem paying a premium price when I receive premium service, but that is absolutely not what I experienced. After paying such a large amount and dealing with all of the stress and damage, I was then told that I have to go through the process of filing an insurance claim for damage their movers caused. From a customer's perspective, this is incredibly frustrating. I paid your company to move my belongings safely. I should not now have to spend my own time chasing claims, estimates, repairs, and paperwork. I believe the company should take responsibility, arrange to repair the damage, and handle the insurance process on their end so that my home and belongings are restored to the condition they were in before the move. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage and I would not use them again.
