Since the 2nd location was about same distance (just another direction) from my house I went with that one and got an extra 20.00 a month off than their other facility. I signed the automatic payment waiver and gave my card info, Alex wrote my card info in a notebook ("In case it doesn't capture") which I thought was odd but did not want to argue as I had someone with me and was trying to be understanding. Next month I get late fees for not paying...I thought I had set up automatic payments? I go in again and do the process all over...pay the months' rent, sign the automatic payments waiver (again) and give my card info (Alex did not write it down this time). Next month (today) I get a text stating my balance is due so I text back; this is supposed to be automatic payments, Kathy is oblivious that I had been there twice to do this...I have never met her or dealt with her ever but she seemed to think that this was my fault and seemed annoyed that I was upset that this keeps happening. I didn't get an apology. If I was going to contact the customer I would apologize that their software system isn't working and sorry for the inconvenience. I fixed it myself. Not everyone has access to a computer or nice phones. I have a POS Obama phone but it works and I am grateful. I hope these ladies figure out the software issue so this does not happen to anyone else.

We found this place online and were not disappointed. The service at the front counter was exceptional! Nicole was a rockstar and not only set us up with the best deal with utmost trust and confidence in this place, but she hooked me up with local coffee, shared with me some of the awesome things that I should check out in my new hometown, and had a great sense of humor. I needed all of that!! The storage unit is amazing and very secure and clean! The accessibility hours are wonderful and easy access for after office hours. When we returned a few days later to put more boxes in the unit, the employee was equally as fantastic and chill, and I remain impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I'm honestly really disappointed.  I LOVED coming here to fill my propane tanks.  I operate a…read moremobile popup restaurant and I'm here at least once a month to fill multiple tanks.  Always friendly and efficient.  Recently, my work van was in the shop so I found myself in need of a rental.  I reserved online for 4 days: pick-up on Wednesday, drop-off on Sunday.  Thursday morning I received a phone call telling me I had to bring the van back because they gave me the wrong one. No "We're sorry, but there was a misunderstanding" or "how can we help fix this situation." Just a demand that I return the vehicle.  I told the employee I couldn't cause I was alreaxy loaded up and out for work. Fast forward to hours later and I get a text message demanding I return the vehicle.  Again, no explanation, no apology.  Just a demand that I return the vehicle.  There was an offer to give me another van, but no indication of how inconvenient this was to me.  I will say that text messages don't convey connotation.  However, the text was quickly followed up by a phone call, again, demanding that I return the van.  And again, no apology or explanation.  This morning, I emptied out all my equipment to return the van.  I assume I was speaking to a completely different employee when I dropped off, but I FINALLY received an apology and was told the reservation was entered improperly by them.  So a mistake made by the employees, but I had to deal with the consequences and interrupt my day.  I will not be returning to this U-Haul not even for my propane needs.

I am beyond angry at the way two of the woman who work for this company boxed up her house,COMPLETELY DISGUSTED! I will make sure to tell everyone I know never to use this company! TERRIBLE business and how disgraceful to do this to an 84-year-old Who worked so hard her whole life to have beautiful things to be just thrown in boxes and now we're finding out so many things are missing!
