At times it has been challenging to find sincere smiles and superior customer service. Today I received just that! From beginning to end Judy walked me through each step and supplied me with with all that was needed to ensure the items were properly returned. Kudo's to you Judy! There isn't any real designated parking--you basically pull up in front like a "drive-thru," hop out, and run in. One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle. They're efficient, friendly, and make the whole process easy.

Let's be clear: I contacted him about the issue, and I even spoke with his wife--who acknowledged it and offered reimbursement. That offer was never honored. Instead, I got excuses and denial. So I did what I had to do. I disputed the charge, and the credit card company ruled in my favor and issued a partial refund. All of this over $400--which didn't even come close to covering the TV that was damaged because of his work. Instead of handling a simple problem like a professional, Gabe chose to drag this out, damage his own reputation, and lose future business. At this point, the negative reviews online speak for themselves--and I make sure to share my experience with anyone considering using him. This wasn't complicated. It just required accountability.
