The day that I moved, we were moving from apartment building 3 to apartment building 2. I was pregnant at the time so my ability to do things like lift boxes or move. Furniture was extremely limited. Even though it was not Sunday, they have a very specific policy about Sunday moving, but was in the middle of the week. I was given a quote stating that it's a minimum of five hours to move my belongings. I opted to go with this company because I had heard a lot of good things through the grapevine so you have to imagine my disappointment. When not only did they slow down to meet that five hour minimum that was falsely quoted. But a good number of my items were damaged. I was asked by one of the representatives to leave a good review after I spoke with them about the damages and the concerns that I had about this particular company and how my items retreated, and how moving from apartment on one side of the complex to the other side of the complex was more expensive than moving from North Richland Hills, Texas to The Colony, Texas. They asked me to leave a good review because the person who had set up my case was due for a annual review or a merit review of some kind or bonus review of some kind and a bad review would have hurt them in that. I opted to just not leave a review. In addition to all of that, I was told that the owner/manager of this particular branch of two men and a truck moving was going to reach out to me. I specifically said that I needed him to reach out to me at my cell phone after 4 PM central time. Something that every single other person that I spoke to was able to do. Not only did that manager wait to call me for months, but he called me in the middle of my workday. I explained that I couldn't talk now and I would need to have him call me back after 4 PM central time I never heard from them again. In short, I wouldn't really recommend this company. Being given a quote related to hourly pricing, and then being quoted that I would have to pay minimum of five hours when that is only their policy on Sundays. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and has made me really research and try to find better moving companies because this is the second miss that I have had with suggested/recommended companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

I trusted them, and unfortunately that trust turned out to be a costly mistake. My very expensive furniture, which was in excellent condition before the move, was damaged, along with my walls. What should have been a simple moving experience has turned into frustration and back and forth trying to get the damage fairly addressed. Because i did not purchase their additional coverage, they are limiting their responsibility to $0.60 per lb, and i have had to repeatedly go back and forth with them over the weight of my furniture. It is incredibly frustrating to have to argue over the weight of furniture that was damaged while in their care. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The initial moving experience may have seemed smooth, but what matters is how a company handles things when something goes wrong. This has been extremely disappointing. My advice: do your homework, read the fine print, and do not rely solely on what the movers tell you about additional coverage. I wish i had known then what i know now.

I was quoted for a 4 man, 2 truck move at a $310 hourly rate. I was told, after sending in my video, that the move would take 4.5-5.5 hours. The morning of the move, I got a call that one of the movers was not available and only 3 men and 2 trucks would be coming at an adjusted hour rate of $275. How they came up with this arbitrary figure, who knows. The three men got to my home within the agreed upon window, however, at almost no point did the men work together. They went to separate areas to work and took their time. I appreciate them wanting to wrap furniture, but Two Men should invest some time and money in training their "employees" about the most efficient means of doing so. I have hired full-service movers in the past who completed the entire move in less time than it took these people and the boxes were packed and staged for them! I talked to a supervisor during the move who assured me they would take care of it at the end- a lie. At the end, they booked me for almost $2600 and told me someone would be in touch. They didn't keep any of the next appointments to make the problems right. They broke an irreplaceable antique chest, a very expensive piece of china and some of my bakeware. !!!BEWARE!!!

Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Recently, I used them to move from Arlington to Denton, and the move as always was FAST and smooth. The communication with their main office for scheduling is great. They take an estimate of your things and furniture to give you a quote. After that, I received about 2 phone calls leading up to the move to make sure the date and time was still okay, and to check if there was any more items to needed to be added or taken away. Move day was the best. They came on time. They knew where to park in my apartment complex. They were in and out within about less than 2 hours. The drive to Denton was about an hour, so the guys went somewhere to eat and refuel. Perfect communication along the way though. The move in my home was flawless. They asked where everything needed to go. Didn't get an scratches or dings along the way. They were careful with my furniture and bigger items. At the end, the entire move lasted about 4 hours total. That's not bad with a big couch, multiple tvs, a dinner table, 1x king bed, 2 dressers, another guest bed, office disk and game chair, and multiple big paintings. They got a big tip from me. From the first conversation with the representative when I called, I knew I was in good hands. The conversation was calm, every step was explained, emails and communication was fluid thru moving day. The truck was much bigger than I was expecting as well as the ramp placement at the side of the truck vs the rear which made me nervous, but luckily we were able to make it work in my apartment complex. Sully and Kenan were friendly and understanding overall. Asked questions along the way as needed, and took some of the stress away from what typically comes with a moving day (especially when it comes to this being my first time moving things into a storage unit). I do have to note that the move may have finished sooner had one movers not been out of commission by his lunch choice longer than expected... Also, seeing the feet of my couch during the move has me a bit nervous about how they'll look when I remove my furniture from the unit. From a few feet away when I saw them on the cargo elevator and being placed into the unit, they seemed like they were angled and scratched a bit from positioning during transport. The email after my move stated that I can inform them if I notice any damages, whenever it may be, so I'll have to do a thorough check when I next access or move-out of the unit. Other than that, I would for sure use them again, possibly even for when it's time for that move-out. The movers were incredibly professional, efficient, careful, and courteous from start to finish. I have several antiques and delicate glass and china pieces, and I was extremely impressed that everything arrived safely with no damage. There was a minor mishap involving my printer, but their claims department responded immediately and handled the situation professionally. Their willingness to quickly address the issue and make things right was another example of their excellent customer service.
