Storage units are convenient, but moving everything is a hassle, which makes frequent price hikes even more frustrating. The facility itself is clean and staff has been polite, but pricing stability matters. It's disappointing to feel like long-term customers are penalized simply because it's inconvenient to move. I would strongly recommend potential renters ask about how often rates increase before signing. As for me, I'm now reconsidering whether it makes sense to stay.

In preparation for our upcoming move, I've been looking around for a place to buy a large quantity of moving boxes. Target, U-Haul, etc. And I have been really surprised how much individual boxes cost. Husband did an internet search and found this place and we realized the cost per box was really great! And they offer all the side bits too, like tape guns, and bubble wrap, and packing paper. I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them.
