They give you several calls to update you as to exactly when the unit will be removed. It is really cool to watch how a robot like piece of equipment takes it out. We had originally gone with PODS because they are the name brand you see all the commercials for. Unfortunately they failed to deliver our container on multiple occasions. We were running out of time with construction scheduled to start in two days. UNITS came to the rescue and was able to deliver a 16' container for the same price offered by PODS for a12' container. And they were able to deliver the same day. The container was clean and secure and it was delivered and placed with zero problems. It was picked up promptly when we were done. Would definitely use them again or recommend them for anyone else that needed on site storage.
