They were the absolute WORST packers and movers I've had in eleven military moves over 26 years…read more The packers complained about the heat and about how much household goods I had for them to pack. When I unloaded at destination I found multiple boxes with my stuff just thrown in. My dress uniforms were thrown into a box with weights from my workout gear, the cables and remotes from our electrical devices were thrown into random boxes, they did not separate my professional gear (as they are required to) so now I can't find anything I need for work, and that's just some of the shenanigans from the packers. The loaders arrived late with 3 people to load the truck after a 3-day pack out. They were supposed to be at my house by 8. They arrived at 9. Immediately they started to complain that I had too much for them to load and that they'd need an additional day. I told them their company representative dictated the timeline. At 11:30 they got another guy and a 5th came at 3:30. Around 3:30 they told me I had to give them the keys to my storage locker so they could go load it and that I could just stay at the house. This went on for almost an hour in which time they quit working. I called the Army move coordinator and they put a stop to this crap. After I bought their lunch and provided cold gatoraid, water, & sodas these shitbags had the gall to continue complaining about the job, the heat, the fact that they were getting hungry before dinner and I wouldn't brake the rules for them. A supervisor came out to talk to the crew. He did not address me at all but told them they could just load my storage locker "the easy way" and be done on time. I've made a claim in the Army system and hopefully nobody else has to deal with them. It is my hope that the entire DoD never use this company again.

The gentleman who returned to load our shipment into crates were equally easy to work with and professional. Our shipment came without incident, overseas. After finally opening and looking through EVERY box of our 8,000lb shipment, there were NO broken items. I was equally surprised and excited. Every fragile item was wrapped with care and all of our clothes were carefully placed in the lay flat wardrobe boxes. I'm grateful to their employees for taking great care of our belongings like their own.

Alright. I just have to rave about my experience!…read more Backstory: I've been moving since I was born basically. My father was in the Army for 30 years and we moved 16 times in 18 years. Then I went in to the Army and now I'm an Army spouse, working on our fifth move in 10 years...needless to say, I know how to PCS. I know what right looks like and how quickly things should go. We had an estimated three days of packing, but I knew with a good team it could be done in two. All in all, our packup team was absolutely phenomenal: friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. On Packup Day 1: Shawn and DJ arrived a little later than I would have liked, but were friendly and professional. They got about a quarter of our house packed and worked until around 3:30 before closing up shop. I was nervous and not very happy with the progression, but Shawn was very attuned to my questions and concerns. At the rate they were going, I was worried about being finished by Friday given all our furniture and home items. He was very understanding and assured me we would be good to go by close of business Thursday, as scheduled. On Pack Up Day 2: Shawn arrived in force with two, sweet, "work-horse" employees: Tilly and Malia. Tilly immediately took charge of the scene and within a half hour they had our garage completely packed up - no small feat with all my husband's tools, and kid toys. Tilly took Malia and tackled the master suite while Shawn tended to our office (which is a huge pain in the butt with our book collection and military memorabilia). Around 11, Sina arrived and things really started flying. The team finished packing up the remainder of our 2200 sq ft house in the span of 5 hours. They took special care to wrap up my sentimental or high value items. All of our items are already stickered and ready to go. I'm very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency of the packing team. Special shout out to Tilly and Sina who knew how to direct everyone to maximize time and effort. We are completely done packing, a full day ahead of schedule. Major kudos!

Upon following up, it turns out that it has to be filed as a claim. And they said that it would not have to be a claim so they could get out the door as to not deal with my stress. I'm still waiting on claims from march 2022. So i'm basically out $1000
