(This is a real review, even though it seems too good to be true) This company was hired by the military to do my PCS move. They did an absolute amazing job. (So far i haven't received shipment, only had pack and load). I was so nervous about the whole process of everything. However I was really pleased. I was prepared to have to stand over top of everyone but I actually sat on the couch and minded my business majority of the time they were packing. The crew was very respectful and worked very fast and proficiently. They had almost the entire place boxed and labeled in two hours. I was honestly really impressed. I served for over 28 years in the military and have moved plenty. Over the years some moves have been good, others were just outright terrible. This being our last move we were a bit apprehensive going forward. Central Transportation Systems (CTS) did an excellent job from start to finish. We were promptly contacted by CTS, they ensured that our point to point move was executed seamlessly in four days. The packing team was courteous, efficient, and took care to wrap items to ensure that there was minimal damage to our belongings (claim still pending). The loading and unloading team worked quickly and carefully to load and unload (same team), taking care not to damage items or either residence. Their quality of work was excellent!! Every item was packed or crated with utmost care. I would recommend them to anyone. As a military family doing a local (non PCS) move, this was one of the best moving companies we have ever experienced. The movers including Shelby, Mike, Kelvin, Shaun, Sina, and Joseph were very professional, personable, and careful with our HHG. They were also equipped with all of the equipment they needed because Joy, who did our virtual walkthrough, listened to every detail and made sure the dispatch knew what they would be moving. Packers arrived on time and packed a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in under 4 hours. Each packer was experienced, professional, and courteous during the entire process. All furniture was disassembled, wrapped, and packed in a safe and speedy manner as well! After everything was finished, the workers provided copies of all signed documents. The entire process was explained thoroughly and I was provided additional information on steps to follow when I arrive to my next destination. We had a great experience with our movers Shelby, Tyrell, Joe, Ray, and John. Very professional and also personable. They took care of our home and our floors. They were cautious with the things that they brought in, asked us with every box where we would like them to go with it, made sure anything that they noticed was damaged was seen by us as well, and set up our furniture as needed. A professional company, showed up wearing a mask as appropriate with covid-19 considerations. A little delay waiting on part of the unload team. The driver showed on time and they were very accommodating. When it came to recording any damage, as well as filling out the claims paperwork. They called ahead on Friday to confirm the drop off on Monday. They told me they'd be there no later than 830. They were there right on time. Very professional. My boxes were not damaged in any way. I'm in the military and we deal with movers all the time and most of time its always a bad experience but with this moving company it was TOTALLY the opposite!
