Mr Pierce and Larry did an amazing job! Communication with Mr Pierce was always pleasant and quick. The price they charged me to load/unload and move my stuff 8 hours away was MORE THAN FAIR. They loaded all of my belongings quickly and with care, even brought protective equipment for my door frames and my floors. They even helped me by taking a large item to the dumpster for me. A few of my items, I was unable to break down and pack on my own and they had zero problems helping me. Larry and Pierce were so friendly, and talkative. They didn't mind answering all my questions or joking around with me and my mom. I would 10/10 recommend them to any of my friends and family. When they arrived to my new home, they wasted no time coming and asking me where I wanted things placed. My dresser is HEAVY and the staircase in the new house is kind of narrow, they still got it up stairs with no damage. Didn't complain not a single time. This dynamic duo was a lot of fun to have around and they work quickly. Do yourself a favor. Hire this company. Save loads of money, and know that your stuff is in safe hands. Excellent, professional, conscientious, and affordable! While my son was deployed his household goods were stored at a friend's house in Killeen, Tx. That arrangement fell through and his girlfriend and I had to find a moving company fast, last minute, during peak moving season. Loadmaster not only came through, but they did so with flying colors. They arrived on time, stocked with all the supplies they needed and had my son's stuff packed and loaded in a very reasonable time. They then followed us to the storage facility where they made very quick work of unloading the HHG and packing them securely into the storage unit. They honored the price quoted to me by phone, sight unseen, but I felt it was unfairly low and actually paid them more (plus added a tip for each man). They were very grateful but I felt they were worth every dollar. The men were professional, kind, polite, and very respectful not only of us but of my son's possessions as well. I truly thank God for the owner and operator of LoadMaster. I went through a series of tragic events after moving to Klileen, Tx and needed to move back home which was 16 hrs from TX. Pierce worked with me and went out of his way to help me and daughter retrieve our belongings from a car tow yard 2 hours from Killeen and also moved me and my daughter back home to Illinois. I do not know where and what we would have done without him and I do not know a handful of people who would have done something so kind for us. The pay he received was nothing compared to what he spent and I am forever grateful for him. There is not another moving service that would have done that for anyone. I called and Spoke to Pierce on the phone, He was great from the beginning. Gave a great quote( a set fee-not an hourly rate like everyone else)! He said others may try to use more hours for more money. He was right, another company we used for another move in Houston tried to. He kept in contact up until we met him to get our U-haul truck unloaded. He and his partner were great! Fast and efficient! It poured rain the whole time and they just kept working and with a great attitude! They did everything to help us get our U-haul back in time so as to avoid late charges. This was the best experience I have ever had with movers. Over the past ten years I have moved more than 10 moves during that time I would have asked these men every time if I could have and will do so going forward!! They even offer long distance moves and the cost couldn't be beat; the quality far exceeded the cost; it's nice to know good service is valued beyond just monetary compensation which was refreshing. We had quite a few snags during the move and they rolled with it the entire time; they kept very calm and it had no ill affect on services rendered after we had to ask them to wait over two hours. The owner was very pleasant and worked with me and my husband on an affordable price moving us from Killeen to Beeville. He even offered to move the schedule around to accommodate us with our elderly mom and newborn child. The crew was on time and very professional with taking care of our furnishings. I called this company via a web search when my daughter, a military wife, needed to move on short notice after her soldier/husband was deployed. They were very quick to reply, very reasonably priced, showed up on time and took great care with her belongings. They moved the entire home to a storage unit within about a 2-3 hour time frame. 9 months later we called them again to move her back in. Once again, they responded immediately, arrived on time, were very considerate of her new home and took the time to re-assemble her furniture. Pierce and his crew are outstanding. Wonderful experience with this company for a small move. They handled my belongings with care and made sure that things were protected and arranged in an orderly fashion in my storage unit. I can't say enough good things about these guys! Pierce and his crew met me just hours after my request and had my stuff loaded in about an hour (including a 500# safe and 43yrs worth of mechanics tools and chest high rolling Snap-on box). These things, as well as furniture and a grandfather clock (my grandparent's bought it in Germany), all arrived safely at my house several hours away w/o issue. LoadMaster packed and moved us from Killeen to Belton at the end of May. I thought the price was very reasonable and liked that it was a flat fee. Texts and emails were always prompt and professional. Both the packing crew and the loading crew were very careful with our furniture (and I had plenty of antique items and delicate knick-knacks). They found money while moving and gave it back to me . Such an honest company. They make sure nothing got scratched on the wall while moving. They work long hour and so patience with us. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! This is not a legitimate company. They are total frauds. They are not licensed by the DMV, which is a requirement in Texas. They are not registered with the BBB. There is nothing at the address they list. The phone number is a personal cell phone. When a problem arises, they will lie or make excuses and there is nothing you can do about it.
