My wife and I got Loadmasters of killeen to do a move from killeen tx to hurst tx. Pierce and his team are very professional and came prepared. They loaded up all our stuff with a purpose but at the same time was very careful with them. They also transported my brothers car, which was a last minute thing, which they accomodated. These guys are awesome! If you're looking for a great priced, quality and professional service for your next move I highly recommend Loadmaster. This is our 10th move in 4 different states and every time we get movers to load and unload.Typically it takes about 4 hrs for movers to load the 26ft truck and will fill it top to bottom.our last move we had to rent a uhaul trailer and loaded up my husbands truck as well on top of 26ft truck.At best any previous movers could fit it all in the 26ft truck but there was no room left.....The guys that came today need to start there own how to load a truck business they would make millions....On top of being awesome and putting everything in the truck to fit tight in every inch of the truck there nice and take extra care with loading it all.Besides being some kind of freakish Yoda Master of packing they also finished it in 2hrs...I don't know how they packed it like they did and in such a quick time but these guys did.... read more

My first review was written while I was emotional due to the poor treatment I received from Loadmaster Moving Service and doesn't contain enough information for a person to make an educated decision on whether or not to hire this company. Here is all you need to know about what a sham it really is. This review is kinda long, but worth the read. On October 27th, 2017 I closed on my new house in East Texas and returned home to Killeen on the 28th. My so-called friends who were supposed to be helping me finish packing and loading the moving truck, in exchange for allowing them to store their property at my house, but were stealing from me instead. So I had the police remove them from my property and started calling around to find help with the packing on the 30th then picking up and loading the truck on the 31st. Loadmaster was the only one who had someone available at the last minute, so I had no choice. I had never used a moving service before and had no idea how things worked. I wish I had been able to research because it would have saved me a lot of heart-ache and money. Peirce Ingram is the owner of Loadmaster and is the person I initially spoke with over the phone. He asked me what size home I had and what they would be loading. I gave him that information and asked for someone to come for a couple of hours to help pack. He quoted me $400 for both days which I thought was high, but I had plenty of money and had no one else. He never came to my house to assess anything, not to verify the information I had given him nor to give me a written estimate. He just told me he would send someone at 10am on the 30th. I texted him my email address and asked for an invoice, but never received it. The girl he sent was 20 minutes late, but she did go right to work. I was packing another room, so I did not see how my things were packed, but I remember being impressed with how quickly she finished. Then she insisted that I pay her that day and in cash. Again, thought this was odd but I did it and asked for a receipt. She told me it would be taken care of the next day. On the 31st I was at Bellco Rentals at 8am to pick up the truck. A guy showed up on time, then the girl from the previous day was late again, but we got the truck and went to the house to load. I was finishing up and coordinating inside the house, so I didn't observe the loading, but again found myself impressed with how quickly they finished. I just assumed that I had hired professionals and that it had been done correctly. Huge mistake. We did have a delay at the end with only a tv and refrigerator left to load. My so-called friends showed up and I had to call the police again. There was another tv that had mistakenly been loaded that took the movers only a few minutes to retrieve and nothing had to be off-loaded to get to it. Once all was said and done with the police, they loaded the last two items and closed the door. Again they insisted on payment in cash, which I didn't have that time. I tried to write Loadmaster a check for the balance, but they told me to make the check out to some lady named Veronise Derr, who came to pick it up, went to cash it, and came back to pay the movers in cash. Once again, very odd, but they gave me no choice. I asked for a receipt and the invoice but was told that Peirce would take care of it. With the delay I was behind schedule to turn in keys and meet the movers at my new house, so I had to accept that answer. I never have gotten any receipts, estimate, contract, or statement of liability from Peirce Ingram. This practice falls under 'moving fraud' according to the Texas DMV and the Federal Motor Carrier Administration (FMCSA). read more

I was calling everywhere in the Killeen, Temple area, looking for anyone reputable to move my 3br. house. I am a disabled veteran and I am incapable of doing this move myself. We just got here from Virginia so not knowing anyone I felt helpless and overwhelmed. I called multiple businesses not only were their prices outrageous. None were offering a discount to military or the disabled! I called Load Masters they were so gracious and accommodating. No stars if I can. I cant believe this person has 5 stars. I saw this review and hired him. On moving day, he came with his friend and a Uhaul truck, which I was a little skeptical. I thought I was hiring a professional moving company. When they were done, they did not take the rest of the boxes and left their trash. Three days after the move, I noticed my son's tv was broken. He told me I needed to pay the half of the fixing cost and when I said no he hung up on me. I texted him and said if he does not resolve this issue in a civil manner he gives me no choice but to report his company. He texted back saying he will see me in court because his sister is a damn good lawyer. I'm in the process of finding out if this is a legitimate company and I will report him. read more

This was the best experience I have ever had with movers. Over the past ten years I have moved more than 10 moves during that time I would have asked these men every time if I could have and will do so going forward!! They even offer long distance moves and the cost couldn't be beat; the quality far exceeded the cost; it's nice to know good service is valued beyond just monetary compensation which was refreshing. We had quite a few snags during the move and they rolled with it the entire time; they kept very calm and it had no ill affect on services rendered after we had to ask them to wait over two hours. We have never used a moving service before but man I will now expect this quality of service or above from anyone else. We used them for a local move from our storage unit to our new home. They took the time to wrap every piece of furniture and are very strategic about placing the items on a truck. Upon arrival to our home they inspected the door ways to make sure the furniture would fit, as well as wrapped the door frames with padding to make sure they didn't leave marks or dents. They also rolled out protective liner to keep our floors as clean as possible. As instructed all I had to do was point to where I needed our things. After everything was moved in they then proceeded to assemble every piece of furniture that needed to be put together. They had all their own tools blankets and supplies.
