They made sure the truck was packed according to how I needed it downloaded on the other end which will save so much headache. They listened to what I needed, worked to make it happen, suggested things that made MUCH more sense, and were just a joy to have taking care of my personal belongings. We decided to go with AME movers -HUGE mistake. Almost immediately upon arrival, the quote went up by a couple hundred dollars. By the time they were done, the original quote almost tripled. One of the workers contacted Jeff (sales manager or owner) about the significant discrepancy. Jeff was insistent on talking to me - which I was willing to do. He was VERY condescending and rude. I was absolutely shocked with his unprofessionalism and unwillingness to address my concerns. It was obviously a situation of his way or the highway.
