I made the mistake of returning my truck to another location. However, I was called 5 minutes later and was told I was going to be punished for not taking it to the original location. I was then told my issue would be escalated, but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything from anyone. I've been using Uhaul since 2000. I understand I made a mistake. I was given a chance to correct this mistake. The person that charged me didn't even have the courage to call me, and used another manager to give me the bad news. I'm never giving Uhaul my business again.

FINALLY with our most recent move, I now know who to go to. Travelstead Transportation Group was an amazing choice and I highly recommend it to anyone that has the opportunity to choose a moving company. Starting with the coordinating over the phone, they were very professional with getting an estimate and scheduling a walkthrough to take a survey. Once we landed on a quote, the moving process was super seamless. The team showed up early and were ready to get started. Super professional and no surprises as they were very communicative with what they were doing, timelines, etc. They were even able to cut down some costs from the quote based on how they were able to consolidate some packing/supplies to not use as much (but without compromising safety of goods). After everything was said and done (finished with more than an hour to spare from the original quote), there were no damages and they assembled everything that they took apart. Don't get me wrong, the price tag is a bit high but with moving companies, you get what you pay for. I'd gladly pay that amount again for the level of service that was provided. Will definitely consider hiring again (hopefully I don't have to move again in the near future).

Now they charge $2.99 for the first BW page of anything, which is insane. Other UPS stores within 2 miles of this location charge between $0.33 and $0.40 per page. But the MOST insane thing happened today when I tried to ship a 1-pound package to London and they told me the cheapest option was $375! Needless to say I took my package and left. I went home and logged on to PirateShip.com and entered the requisite information, and it produced UPS international options ranging from $29.07 to $59.64 to get my package to London by Thursday. I will never return to this store unless I am dropping off a package that already has a prepaid label affixed to it, though I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to charge me for that, as well.
