They sold me on a deal where for 3 months price was a discount, then increased some or a normal low rate and I chose the second option; a low rate that stayed consistent. The rate of 109 because I didn't want my rates to shift around. 2 months later they raised the price from 109 to 200+. I moved from somewhere with much higher square footage value and even the corporate storage rents were cheaper and they never would have done something like this maybe they just had class and decency unlike the owner of this company. I wish I never moved anything here now it's a job to get all my stuff out in a few weeks so I don't get ripped off. I wouldn't care if it was a company that had a lot of issues from the pandemic but they have virtually no expense increases. They're not producing anything. I doubt their workers will get a raise. Their costs aren't going up. They are just about doubling their prices on a service that is no more valuable than it was yesterday. I hope this location flops from all the mad current customers.

The manager Ted has been so helpful. I had a larger unit and after a few months was able to downsize to a smaller unit, saving a bit of money. Ted put me on the waitlist and a unit was available in about 6 weeks. Ted was very helpful with transitioning my payments so it wouldn't cost me extra. The lot and units are clean and there are security cameras. I would definitely rent at Auburn Self Storage on Nevada Street again... I'm still there! But would recommend Auburn Self Storage on Nevada Street in Auburn CA to everyone. [I read the negative review by Shelby N she has written 6 reviews on other places and they are all only 1 or 2 stars all negative... I think they posted about the wrong storage place.
