Needed two over-sized, odd-shaped boxes for items I ship from my small business. I tried USPS,…read moreonline, Lowes, Office Depot, Home Depot - even checked out availability and pricing on ebay and Amazon. No one had the right dimension box or I would be forced to spend $50-$200 for a pack of multiple boxes. I was at my wit's end, trying to figure out how to ship two important orders without spending more than I wanted to on a shipping box. I finally called UPS to ask if they had the right size for me to purchase - although I did not want to use UPS as a carrier, preferring USPS - they told me they did not even carry the size box I needed, but referred me to this establishment. From my first inquiry phone call to the next day purchase of the boxes, I had a courteous man immediately help me with my shipping needs. The pricing was very reasonable. The shop is fairly small, but they carry a large assortment and range of box sizes. I went in sort of end of day, an hour before closing. and I was served with courtesy and care. This will now be my "Go To" shop for shipping supplies.

The mover handed me paperwork for signature, so there's really no good excuse not to hand me my keys. Mover was adimint he told me I'm putting your keys here, on top of vehicle, but then turns around and asks if I searched my van thoroughly. That set of keys costed me fifty bucks I didn't have! Oh and his advice was to back track my road trip, maybe ide find them on the side of the road somewhere. Mind you, ide have to drive into oncoming traffic, or walk along the freeway for about twenty miles. Cold hearted in my observation. Unfortunately,as soon as the country worker was gone, so was they're professional respect for me.

O.K. back to the Stone Age like we're at Walmart. This is a very large U-Haul rental center. I don't understand how they can't afford to fix the card reader so that tap to pay works. Then when I told the guy I only had Apple Pay, and asked if he could take my card info (I've done this before at other U-Haul locations) and he told me that he couldn't. He was completely unhelpful and his demeanor told me that if it wasn't easy for him, he didn't want to do his job. And then when I went to return it, whoever designed this complex failed to consider the size and how much equipment lives here. The return area is a joke compared to the rest of the joint. All in all at this facility, customer service just about leaves everything to be desired. I definitely would recommend you just go to another one even if the equipment you need is super far out of the way. It's so NOT worth wasting your time or money here.

I was able to quickly find an appropriate size. The employee was fantastic. She gave me some paper to crunch up to fill the empty space in the box. This is an update to my last review from two years ago. At that time, I rented several units…read moreeventually downsizing to one 10x20 unit. Last month I finally left this establishment and should have done this much sooner. I am currently saving a significant amount of money by doing so at another facility. Savings of $140 a month, for the same size unit!!! Dina and Dave who live on this site are great. Dina is the regional manager and Kariss is the site manager. When I first moved in Kriss did her job, as she should. I rented the units but immediately she wanted me to leave a five star review. I did so but that was based on just the move in. During the time there I became increasingly frustrated with Khriss. Reasons why are numerous but the main thing was loss of money. My money!!! After giving written and verbal notice of departure, well in advance for that a specific unit I saw that she let the autopay charge for that empty unit go thru! Once again that was loss of my money!!! Khriss is a nice person but I feel that she definitely dropped the ball on something that was solely her responsibility! Dina did make sure that another overcharge was revoked. Like I said there are other numerous circumstances that cause me to give her this one star review. No brag just fact!
