She is always helpful and available when there is a question or issue. And the facility is well taken care of. Better than other chains that no longer have a person assigned to manage the site. Other storage companies are no longer having a 'person' on site, and they have gone downhill fast. We are very glad CubeSmart has Ms Angela. She has been right on top of things. And when I had my hands literally full, she immediately rushed to my aid. You don't see that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. I can rent month to month for a reasonable price without having to sign a long term lease. I can add a unit when I get larger shipments and close it with short notice once those items are sold. Shipping to this location is the most secure setup I've ever had, with gated access and coded door entry. With a dock high dock and drive up dock, It's perfect for shipping/receiving pallets and loading/unloading smaller items. One of my units has power, which is another big plus, and the price per month for power is extremely reasonable because this facility has solar power. Too bad you can only give this place 5 stars!

After checking in on my belongings I found rat feces everywhere and boxes with chewed holes. With the amount of feces, it was apparent that this was a very serious problem. I rearranged my travel schedule, flew back home early and spent a weekend cleaning out my belongings. I found the problem was much worse than what was in plain sight. The rats ate through my sneakers (Air Jordan's!), ate through all my bathroom supplies, laundry and cleaning supplies, anything plastic with liquid, they are through. Even the poison, they are! We found one large dead rat! There had to be so many! Insurance does not cover this! I was put thousands of dollars. Besides the mess and complete disgusting smell of rat piss and feces all over everything I own. The storage facility manager only offered to EXTEND my lease for 30 days for free. I was like, No Thanks! I don't want to leave my stuff in here a day longer than necessary. I through away so many things. It was disgusting and a very traumatic experience. I suggest not storing your belongings here unless you intend to throw them away! This is a recent and ongoing problem.
