(Long hallways, stairs, elevators, line up your stuff for easy pickup) 2. Tailor your move to light traffic times and try to avoid congested intersections if at all possible. Sometimes the scenic route reduces stress, and gives your movers time to rest. 3. Rent or utilize hand trucks (1 or 2 dollies, furniture dolly, rolling suitcases, chairs with wheels, etc. Make the move breezy. 4. If it is too dang precious, move it yourself!!! a scratch or scrape is par for the course...Grow a pair and consider the scratch or scrape to your precious whatever it is, a love tap. 5. The boxes were high quality and not the junk you buy at the big box stores and they give you discounts for buying 10 or 20. The Penske truck was great. A very clean truck that ran great and even had a liftgate on it that made moving our appliances and heavy furniture a snap. Loved it. Beats the heck out of those guys with the old orange trucks. LOL Customer service was top notch. Mike took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and was very professional. If we ever need storage we will go there!!!

I was instructed to take it to UPS and they would box it and return it, no additional effort was needed on my part. So I stopped by the Post & Parcel and was not disappointed. I carried the equipment in a paper grocery bag...was greeted with a warm welcome...set it on the counter...and was asked for my account number. Well...I didn't know it. Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. I didn't have to pay for the return, so I'm not sure about pricing. But the friendly employees could help you quickly.

We have to send email after email after email. We never receive a response. Their voicemail is full. After only three months we've decided that we can't continue like this. I could not recommend against using this company enough. When you do speak with them on the phone, they are kind, but always full of reasons why they haven't been able to do XYZ. Enough is enough.

Beau, the owner, visited us and gave an estimate that was very competitive. Throughout the move process they had very good communication. Before the move, we packed up most of the things ourselves, but Phoenix offered to have some of their office staff pack up the fragile items like dishes and art work on an hourly rate. This really helped! On the day of the move, they were on time and they brought in 10 people to pack the van and get us on our way quickly. When they moved us, they did not consolidate and transfer our things to another van, our things stayed in the same van until it reached its final destination. When they unpacked, they were very professional and efficient. To summarize, we had a great experience moving with Phoenix Express and I would highly recommend them for anyone to move with!
