I felt bad coming in so close to closing time but I needed to get the package out. Luckily they hadn't locked the doors yet and I was welcomed with a smile despite my bad timing. The service was very friendly and professional. The process was easy and was back in my car around 6:02. I wish I remembered the name of the kind man who helped me but I will always keep his kindness in mind when dealing with unfortunate circumstances. The one thing I will say, if you go to FedEx to ship a package it will probably not be the cheapest form of shipping. However, my packages always arrived safely and on time and that's worth the money for me! Toodles!

Took it in and started taping. The gentleman there (I call him that because of how nice he was) said "oh I can do that for you". Wow. How nice! When we lived in So Cal pre 2020 the fed ex place by us would not only have never offered this but would have complained I didn't use their boxes. There is a location a bit closer to me on alameda but will drive the extra mile or so to use this location.

I really appreciated being able to get packing services done same day as the loading/unloading, even with an extra stop in between. My packers/movers were all very professional, kind, and communicative. As someone with social anxiety, I appreciated that they were willing to let me leave when I needed to and would come to talk when there were questions. At the new place they asked where to put things, which was helpful to not have to arrange large items afterwards. I would absolutely recommend them to any first timers like myself!

The delivered and beat her up expectations! My mom had so much trouble in the past with movers damaging many things during the move and she couldn't be happier that Joe's Moving didn't damage a thing! In addition to that, she said the crew was very very polite and kind, worked quickly but still very cautious not to damage any items or the home moving in or out, and did a great job organizing and loading up and unloading everything she needed moved.
