The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.

They allow UPS/FedEx to deliver right inside my unit which makes my life a lot easier! The only gripe I have is that sometimes when I punch in my passcode to get into my unit.. It either takes forever to unlock or I have to type my passcode in again. At night time it is a little sketchy, but the owner assured me they've never had any trouble.

When I reported it to the office, they assured me it would be taken care of. Two weeks later, it was still there. Security is also a major concern. I have visited multiple times, both during and after office hours, and found the side door unlocked. Homeless individuals frequently enter and exit the building without restriction. My unit was broken into, and I wasn't notified until two days later. The reason? Staff claimed they only noticed during their rounds after the weekend--meaning they had no idea when it actually happened. Their response? "I think you should file a police report and contact your insurance company." You think? Frustrated, I canceled my unit and moved my belongings out well before the next billing cycle. I was repeatedly told I would receive a confirmation of cancellation--yet it never happened. Avoid this place at all costs. If you don't believe me, visit after hours and see for yourself. Terrible security, terrible customer service, and a terrible place to store your valuables.

My sister works from 9-6 daily and has a hard time getting of work early for anything. She arrived right at 6pm, which is when they close. Judith kindly stayed the extra time to allow her to fill out the paperwork and get her unit. She didn't have to stay since they were technically closed but did.
