Now again I realize I am being charged 2,5 times increase over the value for half of the original space, which means I am paying 5 times more for the storage space in just 2,5 years of being their customer! I can't understand their rational, and no matter how much you try to ask for a consideration, you hardly get a reply, just once came a plain "adjusting to follow market trends". 500% increase in price in just 2,5 years is not within market range at all, it's shocking and unbearable!

This snide know-it-all couldn't even keep his sarcasm in check over a simple zip code faux pas. After his unsolicited lecture on my car's functionality, he had the gall to imply that my inability to pay would somehow tarnish their pristine image. As for my furniture, his ludicrous quote was as welcoming as a brick wall. Needless to say, I promptly retreated to a more courteous establishment, where my possessions & I weren't subjected to the kind of disdain usually reserved for a patient with a paperclip lodged in their nose. Rental rate has changed over the months of use from the original special sale price, however. The Deets: I had a condo event where the building sprinkler system burst after a rare single digit temperature a night near Christmas, so I was in need of a storage area for things that survived the aftermath. After looking around, I found SecurCare Self Storage within a small driving distance from me. They had a sale going on at that time for 5 X 10 small unit that is first floor, temperature controlled for $60/month. The manager at the Morrisville location handled all items well and the transaction went smoothly. The storage unit itself was nicer than expected and did the job needed. I continue to use this storage unit, but after a few months the sale price was not continued and I now pay $80/month which is still doable. I've only had one instance where the payment system hit a snag, where it did appear my payment did occur but at the end of the transaction a message came that there was an application error so no confirmation was sent to me of my payment. When I called the office, this event was quickly remedied and I was emailed a copy of the receipt of my payment to retain for my own records. I am satisfied with using a small storage unit at this location of SecurCare and will continue to use their services for the time being.
