The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.

The manager, Mark personally reached out to me multiple times to ask what he can do to help, told the entire facility what was going on and even offered to come in on off hours to personally move the car into storage safely so it wouldn't be stuck out on the street. Everyone in the facility has been helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage. I don't write reviews very often, but I felt the need to write one for Cleveland Storage because hard work and going the extra mile to make life easier for people should be rewarded.

They will shut you down if payment is not received... no contact... no call... just lock you out without notice (mine was a number change on an updated autopay credit card ... simple resolution with a phone call etc.). And they raised the rent by more than 10% within days of moving in. You do not want to do business with these people. Go elsewhere.

Downfalls: direction of the storage unit doesn't allow airflow which makes non climate units extremely hot. You have to use a keypad to access both in and out. Out is pretty annoying. Mostly non climate units Limited external smaller units (similar to almost all storage places I have used) Small "drive ways" hard to use larger trucks Positives: Uhaul on site for truck rental, box purchase, furniture pads, etc. Single level - no stairs Secure access Clean units If you are okay with internal units you can get first month for $1 for 5x5 and 5x10. I visited before signing the lease and the space is clean and not rusty. We ended up renting 2 units bc of our complicated moving situation. 2. Tina She deserves her own category. She was very kind and assuring on the phone. Then, in person, she warmed us with her genuinely good heart.
