We started off paying $115 every month and by the time we left we were paying $188. Our place is still not finished but we went to retrieve something and found out there was a leak somewhere in our unit. We lost all of our furniture and belongings to mold. Not only that we pulled everything out and found mice droppings and that our stuff had been chewed on by mice. Not to mention we found German Roaches in our unit that infested our belongings. Some of our stuff even smelled like a dead animal. We had to get rid of over half of our stuff and they charged us another $75 to rent a U-Haul to move our stuff that was damaged in their facility. They are over priced and uncaring, don't waste your time here.

I've come here three times in the last week just to grab boxes and some packing tape, the first time I came here I was helped right away by the man behind the counter. The second time I came here, there was absolutely NO parking at all. I pulled into a spot not realizing it was only for the U-hauls. Once I stepped out I was immediately told by an employee standing outside that I couldn't park there, which left only one other parking space for handicapped individuals. I did not feel comfortable taking a handicap parking space but there were literally no other spots. Anyway, so I get into the store and the same employee who asked me to move my car walked in with me and told me, "someone will be with you in a minute". No big deal, I don't know her job title so I wasn't irritated about that and figured she wasn't allowed to ring me up. She was actually incredibly nice and helped me carry boxes out to my car which is why this location gets two stars. Today I get here to pick up boxes again and my husband and I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come out and ring us up. The employee walked in the store with McDonald's. This was from around 9:45am and he didn't come into the store until 10am. Was he on his break and left the store unattended? Who knows. There were customers in the store complaining, a man said he had a six hour drive ahead of him and the wait was ridiculous. In conclusion, never any parking, horrible location, long, long wait times, employees who are nowhere to be found.
