Not only that we pulled everything out and found mice droppings and that our stuff had been chewed on by mice. Not to mention we found German Roaches in our unit that infested our belongings. Some of our stuff even smelled like a dead animal. We had to get rid of over half of our stuff and they charged us another $75 to rent a U-Haul to move our stuff that was damaged in their facility. Don't fucking bother storing your vehicle here. Before I left for deployment it was hurricane…read moreseason and the lot was full of rocks. Figured I would pay to have the vehicle moved internal, as they promised the warehouse was temperature controlled and they'd take the batteries out of the car and keep them on what I understood to be a charger. Either that never happened and they left it in the car the whole 7 months or they took my brand new starter battery (The car was a couple months old) and gave me a shitty one. They left the secondary battery in and it's useless now. When I started the car on the lot I got the battery issue, which I didn't have before. They kept asking me how old the battery was, how the car just needs to warm up, how the battery may have died in the cold (I got back in November? Not that cold in NC the months prior) I asked why should it matter if it's internally stored in a temperature controlled environment and they couldn't answer me. Garbage service, unprofessional. Would give negative stars if it was possible.
