Tina She deserves her own category. She was very kind and assuring on the phone. Then, in person, she warmed us with her genuinely good heart. Our place is still not finished but we went to retrieve something and found out there was a leak somewhere in our unit. We lost all of our furniture and belongings to mold. Not only that we pulled everything out and found mice droppings and that our stuff had been chewed on by mice. Not to mention we found German Roaches in our unit that infested our belongings. Some of our stuff even smelled like a dead animal. We had to get rid of over half of our stuff and they charged us another $75 to rent a U-Haul to move our stuff that was damaged in their facility. They are over priced and uncaring, don't waste your time here.
