I visited before signing the lease and the space is clean and not rusty. We ended up renting 2 units bc of our complicated moving situation. 2. Access + security Personalized codes and cameras everywhere. I was glad to hear that they have cameras everywhere (I'm sure this is standard) and the fact that they track who comes in and out. 3. Tina She deserves her own category. She was very kind and assuring on the phone. Then, in person, she warmed us with her genuinely good heart. On the day of our move, she was there to offer us water and other equipment just in case we needed it. She stood by to see if we needed another unit because we just wasn't sure how space we would need. Excellent location, if you're stationed at camp lejeune.

Don't fucking bother storing your vehicle here. Before I left for deployment it was hurricane…read moreseason and the lot was full of rocks. Figured I would pay to have the vehicle moved internal, as they promised the warehouse was temperature controlled and they'd take the batteries out of the car and keep them on what I understood to be a charger. Either that never happened and they left it in the car the whole 7 months or they took my brand new starter battery (The car was a couple months old) and gave me a shitty one. They left the secondary battery in and it's useless now. When I started the car on the lot I got the battery issue, which I didn't have before. They kept asking me how old the battery was, how the car just needs to warm up, how the battery may have died in the cold (I got back in November? Not that cold in NC the months prior) I asked why should it matter if it's internally stored in a temperature controlled environment and they couldn't answer me. Garbage service, unprofessional. Would give negative stars if it was possible.

I drove into the lot knocked on the door no one answered which was fine…read more Then the "manager" came up and said something along the lines of "can't you see manager on deck" pointing at a sign next to the door. I've never been there before and was just trying to get a quote but then when me and the manager step inside he asked why didn't I just call instead of wasting gas this and that. I tried explaining the amount of misinformation I see online then he interrupts and said "that's why you just call instead of wasting gas" was very rude despite the amount of times I was trying to ignore him telling me I should have called before coming. I would not recommend going you'll just waste your time with him berating you as to why didn't you just call.

Let me first day both my uncle have owned moving companies in Fayetteville longer than I have been…read morealive. I am now 40. I used these guys to move a few months ago and they did an amazing job. Life threw many curve balls and required me to move back from Richlands to new bern. They moved me again. Amazing service per the usual. everything went into a large shipping container for most part while my new house is being built. James, Melvin and Kenan were so wonderful. Even cracking jokes when I was getting overwhelmed to take my mind off my stress prior to this move, I stopped in office to get more moving supplies. Mr David knew just what I needed. so did Kristen. I can't say enough how thankful I am for these guys. how wonderful they are. they will be coming back to empty my shipping container in a few months into the new house.
