Don't fucking bother storing your vehicle here. Before I left for deployment it was hurricane…read moreseason and the lot was full of rocks. Figured I would pay to have the vehicle moved internal, as they promised the warehouse was temperature controlled and they'd take the batteries out of the car and keep them on what I understood to be a charger. Either that never happened and they left it in the car the whole 7 months or they took my brand new starter battery (The car was a couple months old) and gave me a shitty one. They left the secondary battery in and it's useless now. When I started the car on the lot I got the battery issue, which I didn't have before. They kept asking me how old the battery was, how the car just needs to warm up, how the battery may have died in the cold (I got back in November? Not that cold in NC the months prior) I asked why should it matter if it's internally stored in a temperature controlled environment and they couldn't answer me. Garbage service, unprofessional. Would give negative stars if it was possible.

Do not use this storage…read more we have three storages here... one of our units had a leak in the roof that distroyed about 1200.00 worth of furniture and we were told that its not their problem ... that unless we had paid extra for their "insurance" they are not responsible for leaks in the roof of theft or anything ... this place is a joke...
