I visited before signing the lease and the space is clean and not rusty. We ended up renting 2 units bc of our complicated moving situation. 2. Access + security Personalized codes and cameras everywhere. I was glad to hear that they have cameras everywhere (I'm sure this is standard) and the fact that they track who comes in and out. 3. Tina She deserves her own category. She was very kind and assuring on the phone. Then, in person, she warmed us with her genuinely good heart. On the day of our move, she was there to offer us water and other equipment just in case we needed it.
