I went in to get a livescan fingerprint background to work at a preschool. I did them about a month ago on 2/20/21 and never received results. Finally found out that the man who helped me made a mistake and did not choose to send it to the CDSS, only the DOJ and FBI and was only fingerprinted to work with adults even though on my form from work it clearly stated that it was to work at a child care center with more than 6 children (Which I pointed out to him twice). Went back in to do them again and politely asked if I can get them done for free since it was their mistake. And I was told that it was possible. Then while waiting for the man that does the fingerprints to come in, the woman who works in the store, by herself, tells me that he might YELL or be RUDE and to "IGNORE him." I laughed slightly and awkwardly and said okay but was then nervous that this man would yell at me for his mistake. Luckily, he did not yell but when I explained the situation he deeply insisted that it was not his fault that there was a mistake. He told me that if he puts in a number from the top of the page everything pops up and if there's a problem it's with the paperwork. (Which it's not because many people have gotten hired with this paperwork and got results within 2 days.) Then he said that if and only if I got a rejection letter would he do them again for free. I haven't been working for a month waiting for me to be cleared so I didn't want to waste time and money waiting for a stupid letter just for him to make another mistake. I left and went to a UPS store. The man there showed me that the person fingerprinting does have to choose the type of facility I'm working at. I explained what happened with this store and he kindly allowed me to choose and call my boss to double check I chose the right facility type (there are several options) before continuing with the whole thing and then at the end allowed me to make sure everything was correct. So the man from this store, Ram, made a mistake and wouldn't accept it. Nobody was rude to me, which is the only good thing. But I wasted $75 doing this fingerprint background and it didn't even go through and left me not working for a whole month, and not being able to pay rent (luckily I live with family). So if you need to get a livescan go to a UPS store. It is more expensive but if it is done correctly, it's worth it. read more

I was rudely spoken to when I simply asked, "What was wrong with my package?" What did I do to you to deserve this type of response? You could just tell me the reason why my package was not sent in a simple polite manner and we will go our separate ways. These people do not even know the meaning of customer service and respect. I will never go back to this place again. These people will give you the worst attitude if you did something wrong. I would recommend you guys take your business somewhere else. Do not give people attitude or you will lose potential clients. This is not the proper way how you run a business. read more

I was in town for a job interview and needed a Live scan ...I came here around 10am and was told the person that does it does not show up until 130 pm...so I go back to my hotel room and kill some time then go back promptly at 1:30 and was told she would be there in 15 minutes!!...while im waiting I notice just how run down the place is and many of the shelves are empty and not stocked...after 20 minutes this 60 something year old woman with a hideous wig finally shows up! Seriously who cant make it to work until after 1:30 when you are providing Live scan and Notary services? This should be done during business hours... Well she parks in the handicap spot right in front of the store and she gets out and walks into the store effortlessly and acts like its a bother to do my live scan...all the time she did my live scan she was not pleasant in the least ...I was so happy to get out of there...Good thing I never need their services again read more

I've been a customer of Express Pack & Ship for more than 10 years and I don't have a single complaint. People tend to leave bad reviews based on a one experience which I think is very unfair. Trust me, these guys are good people making the best out of their business. read more

This place is horrible. The people that work there have stolen my packages numerous times, I'm fed up. They are so rude and such miserable people. If you want to deal with constant attitudes and want your packages stolen, come here because they will definitely honor that. read more

I've never experienced such bad customer service. I wish I read the yelp reviews before going to this place. When I arrived for a live scan the man behind the desk screamed for the lady to come out and help me. After two more loud screams to get her attention, and me waiting there for 10 minutes, she burst in with this rude loud "what!!!". Then looks at me and says "what do you want?" I tell her I need a live scan and she rudely takes my paper and tells me I didnt put my phone number in a space that says other identification number, which I didn't even need. SHE then tells me I need three more papers because she is suppose to keep that one which was not true. At that point I didn't trust someone so rude, and who didn't know what they were doing with my personal information. SO I left, and found a professional place that knew what they were doing, and who quickly helped me with absolutely no problem. Plus the place is filthy and unorganized. They seem like nice folks...except they tell you their notary is 15 minutes away and she'll be right in. You get to wait 30 + minutes for their notary to arrive. Hot stinky little joint. Enjoy. I go dwn to the Winnetka Post Office and the stuff won't fit in my car. So the manager Nic offers to take my packages to my home. The man "helping" us was very very rude. I was returning a large package and every time I asked a question he answered like I was an idiot. I apologized for any inconvenience and expressed my gratitude for his assistance and he completely ignored me. This is the worst place to ever go, I don't know about the shipping part but there's a lady on the right with the most disgusting attitude, her behavior is horrendous. She is a liar and she is very lazy. I told her I needed something notarized and she said, "well damn I just put everything away" It was 15-20 minutes left before the store closed. She's like, "that'll be $75 to get that piece of paper notarized and I have to print a bunch of stuff out" I couldn't believe what I heard. I still smiled with a positive attitude and said can you do something about the price she said "I already took off $10 and you'll never get a better price like that anywhere believe me I can promise you that" I literally used yelp to find me the nearest notary public other than the one I was in and they charged $5. I came back to ask her what's her name and why did she say no one else would do it she refused to tell me her name and gave me attitude. She is disgusting she needs to be fired she doesn't deserve to work another second in her life. If there was a petition to get her fired I would do it. She is a lazy, liar who doesn't know how to treat customers and makes up numbers and stories. Bad for business, she needs to go. WARNING!!!! Do not go here for notary!!! There is a big black woman probably mid 50's that works in the corner of the store as the notary. She is stealing an additional $10 from every person that needs the service. I went in with my forms and she said the form I needed motorized was an old form and it would cost me an additional $10 (so a total of $20 for one form). She showed me this bulls@#t form that looked like she created it on her computer, and informed me I needed this form with my regular form. She told me that this new form would be $10 and it is the CA State law. I called her out on it and she began to yell at me and get ghetto on me for calling her a liar. I grabbed my ID and said she is a thief and she is wrong for robbing people. I proceeded down the street to the UPS in the parking lot of Jons off winnetka ave. Guess what???? $10 no problem. No additional form. No state law. I had to come on here to make sure no one gets robbed by her again!! read more
