I use them all the time and I almost never have much of a wait when I go there. The staff -- I think it's a husband and wife team -- have never been anything less that super-friendly and courteous to me. If your kids are in-tow, they've got a mellow little dog that often hangs out with them at the shop that is very child friendly. It's one of the few places I know of where you can send stuff via USPS, FedEx or UPS, and they will often go the extra step to price out the difference for you. The file was too large to email, and when we tried using a thumb drive, we realized my newer laptop didn't have the right port. Kelly could have easily told me there was nothing she could do, but instead, she would not take no for an answer. She found a USB-C thumb drive that worked with my laptop, helped me get the file transferred, printed my entire deck, and had it professionally coiled. She then made sure someone helped me create the FedEx shipping label so I could get everything out in time for Saturday delivery. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned into such a positive experience because of Kelly.
