**Superb Workmanship : Customer Service** Sangam had a few…read morereviews on Yelp so I went looking for reviews elsewhere {see Google}. After reading those reviews I chose them. Best decision and I couldn't be happier. The owner spoke with me on the phone and when I arrived. He was patient, thorough, and professional. Even the receptionists were helpful & nice. I was planning on getting my courtesy car from a rental company but they had good ones {nice & clean} so I stayed with them. I was running late when I picked up my vehicle and they were very gracious. Then I saw my vehicle - I was so impressed. They had cleaned my interior, not just the exterior. My black leather seats look amazing; so does my console, doors, floors. Everything looks beautiful. I fell in love with my car all over again. I'm already telling friends about them and my experience. Their customer service was A+ and Amar & his team were first class. They work hard for their excellent reviews. I am very grateful - Thank you again. I highly recommend Sangam Auto Body for your vehicle's body shop needs.

Rebuilt bumper that was no longer available, invited to see progress every few days, really kept my stress level down. Shop is full of top quality equipment, experienced staff and their integrity has shown through. The prep work was done ahead of time, the paint was un-rushed, allow to cure between stages. I was quoted 500+ for the bumper and also 500+ for the fender to get painted, as the cost was very high I decided only to get the bumper painted. The owner Mike then said he would try to buff the scratch on the fender to see if it would remove it to avoid future painting. On receiving my truck I noticed that it looked perfect. there was a fresh coat of wax on the side of the truck where the small scratch was and the bumper looked good. The scratch was still there tho it wasn't able to be buffed out which Mike explained to me. After a few washes in the touchless car was I use, the wax had come off my truck and I noticed the entire side of that bed was covered in deep swirl marks which weren't there prior to bringing the truck in to this shop. I called the shop back and they asked me to bring it back for inspection. The owner of the shop looked at the truck and said that they must've waxed too hard and now instead of just having a small unnoticeable scratch my side of the truck was covered in swirls as well and looked terrible. He referred me to his friend at "Detailz" auto spa and said he could fix it for me. I have taken my truck to detailz spa since this issue 3-4 times and every time it came back after a wash with the exact same swirls but now even worse as it not only covers the back of the truck but the swirls go all the way to the front of the truck over both passenger doors. each time i've gone to detailz and this issue came back after a wash I was told to take it back so he can try something else over and over until my last visit where the owner or detailz said he doesn't think he can fix it. I called mike back at columbia collision and told him i've tried 3-4 times and each time is very inconvenient as i don't have a secondary vehicle and I need to cab home and back to the shop to pick up my truck each time. each time costing 40-50 dollars. Mikes response to me was "i don't see how this is my problem, i tried to do you a favour by removing that small scratch to save you money from painting the side" what he fails to realize is anyone would rather have a small unnoticeable scratch than having that scratch plus swirls going thru the whole passenger side of their vehicle. this is also a newer truck. the paint was in perfect condition. it has only been touchless washes. now the side of my truck looks ten years older than the other side and this truck is only 2 years old!! i purchased it for 70,000 dollars and this is the last thing I expected from a shop that came recommended this is terrible service and also terrible attitude from owner saying it's not his issue and he isn't going to pay to fix his own mistake. avoid this shop if you can. i've been dealing with this headache since April and it's now November

While they had my vehicle I left messages through their website and also phone messages and no-one ever responded to anythng until I did my negative review, (weird). Communication with Kirmac Collision and Autoglass Surrey via email is impossible and they do not reply to texts. I finally got a phone message that my car was ready so I went and picked it up. Everything seemed ok but once I started loading my stuff back in the vehicle when I got home I noticed the interior palstic was old and stained but they kept the rectangular nice looking piece from the old liftgate (which made the rest look even worse). The back of the lift gate did not look right to me but I couldn't quite place it. When my wife looked at it she noticed the decals ROGUE and the SV AWD were not put back on the liftgate! I figured it would be a hassle to deal with them so I was going to just buy them and do it myself but when I saw they are over $150. I said no way.. As my wife and I looked over the car I also noticed the liftgate they just painted had chipped paint on both sides! I don't want to call because then you never have a record of what is discussed (which is most likely why they don't reply to emails) so I dropped by and talked to the assistant manager Arjunveer Kamra and he took me in to the office to discuss my concerns. I realised he was looking over the photos they took in hopes I was lying or wrong about my concerns but I wasn't. He seemed very accomodating and said he would call me same day (Monday June 19/23)or next day (Tuesday June 20/23)and get me in this week to have to repairs done. I emailed him my concerns about how he would get the interior plastic the same color it was meant to be in the first place but as per usual Kirmac doesn't reply to emails. I have not recieved a phone call, text, email or anything else so I had to call ICBC to deal with this issue. Looking at the invoice they charged $2,495.00 for a crappy used liftgate they could paint (FYI: the interior plastic is NOT removable and is part of the liftgate, great thinking NISSAN!) when at this point they may have well have just bought the new one with correct colored interior with Primed exterior for $3824.38 from the dealer (so there must be a cheaper option with correct result). Such bs and the car has lost alot of value with these screw ups. ---- Months later I found out my rear defrost did not work so I took it in to Kirmac again, Workers may not be that smart as they were talking alot of crap (recorded on audio) and trying to blame me for the defrost not working when everything worked before I took it too them. They did order a new glass and put it in but I had to wait a couple or few months for the window to fog up again and it still did not work. Winter was coming so I was running out the summer fluid as best as I can and then I hear a noise dripping inside the back of my Rogue, It was leaking inside on our stuff. Finally took the car to dealer because Arjunveer did not reply to my emails (Found out he blocked my email address after I emailed him, not shady at all)..Dealer said rear defrost was never connected and also a fuse was blown re: from washer fluid fripping inside it shorted out my rear camera (Rear defrost and Dashcam share a fuse location). Dealer also found a broken line in the rear washer sprayer so Now I am out $320.44 from their screw ups and alot of time.
