Obviously, my husband did not check the reviews before he took my daughter's cheer uniform in here to be taken in, and we asked for the seam allowance to be left not cut off . Went to go pick it up. Seam allowance was cut off, and it was altered to be too tight when I told him the seam allowance was supposed to be left. He acted like oh he did such a good job by cutting it off and showed me that the material was stretchy when I said we weren't going to be able to let it out in the future. Now I have to buy a whole new uniform and I paid him $30 to ruin the first one. If I could give zero stars, I would.!!!! read more

To the the owner: The place offered a storage space for my clothes and shoes worth so much money and collection never could be replaced when I was moving. Woman at the counter exercised physical violence and abusive communication when I came to pick up my clothes and refuse to return. I am not sure if Steve is the owner of the establishment but he has said he threw away all of my clothing and communication was very difficult and ludicrously one way shrugging off so be it. I cannot waive the damages incurred from theft and forget it as they please to argue their possessions or piece of nothing to their own benefits or for illegal gains and refurbishment. As I have invested so much in my collection and lines have to be drawn what isn't rightfully theirs because they are not your money's worth or diligence. I picked up my comforter today. Very expensive comforter. Took it out to the car and my husband said look at that. Big hole looks like the dryer might have done it. Take it back in and the owner said it was nothing they did. I had to have brought in like that. Why would I pay $40.00 for a comforter to get clean with a hole when I say hole a big one. He argued me down. I told him to keep it. He didn't offer me my $40 I paid to get it cleaned. I will never step foot in that establishment again. I hope he needs that $40. was moving unexpectedly someone brought me there to store to leave bag of clothes. Some were costing more than 10000. I went in months after not being able to get in touch with the owner to pick up my clothes with storage fees. The woman working there part time started hitting me and throwing profanities in Korean despite the CCTV present. The woman followed me outside to area visibility was gained to attempt to hit me again. The owner is now telling me they threw away to the bumb on the streets I need to retrieve my items please. Not professional, bad service. I think under new management. After going to this location for thirty years of great service, I was sadly disappointed today. My daughter had an expensive new wool sweater severely shrink, she took the cleaners an example of another wool sweater she had cleaned several times as an size example, they kept them both and when picking them up, both sweaters were severely shrunk, it was like a bad Seinfeld episode. We went in today to talk to the manager with the attendant who took the order and helped my daughter in the first transaction. We ask for financial compensation of $100 the cost of the sweater, and he said that my daughter was too big for the size of the sweater( she is a thin young women). The manager never admitted to doing anything wrong, would not have a professional conversation, communication was rough and in the end, would only give us $50. Really really sad, this is not a good way to work with the community that have given loyal business for years. read more

I dropped off a jacket at this place Wednesday 22 at 851am I paid the clerk. So I could have a friend pick up jacket and not pay. I went back today and same clerk charged me again said he did not stamp paid on ticket. I told him to check his cameras gave him exact date and time and told him to show me not handing a 20 dollar bill to him and I would pay. He said no he did not want to check camera. I stopped using them in the past but decided to give them another shot after switching the buttons on my work shirt and pretending not to. I'm assuming it came off and they tried replacing them with horrible un matching ones and denied it. Anyhow I moved past it in hopes that I'd stop losing buttons because they are the most convenient store to me. I found the older lady in the evenings to be very nice but the gentleman during the day to be rude. When calling the store he answers by saying "who's this?" Not a hello, or XPS cleaners or how can I help you? I was uncertain I called the right number. My girlfriend complained about some instances with him too but I hardly listen to her complaints but made note of needing to drive a bit further for my dry cleaning needs now. I brought a brand new shirt here to be pressed two days before my wedding. It was packaged the way it left the store. My wife dropped it off for me. When my wife picked it up it was extremely dirty. It had two stains on the front of it. Keep in mind it was new when I brought it there, never been worn. This was the night before my wedding... They assured me it would be taken care of and would be ready for pick up the next day at noon. Well noon came and the shirt was still stained and not suitable to be worn. I had to buy a new shirt last minute and it did not match my brides colors. They offered me credit to the store for my troubles however I'd never use this store again. Basically they denied responsibility and attempted to dance around the issue. They should've paid for a new shirt and left it at that. Poor service. Very disappointed read more

Zero stars. Rude, unethical and exremely poor customer service (surprisingly shocking to expect the least). I will NEVER give my garments here again. Should have paid heed to an earlier review wherein a customer received his brand new wedding shirt with stains on it but I decided to try out this place myself. I handed in a few garments here, and was promised a return 2 days later with a text on my phone, which never showed up. One day later on saturday evening I pay a visit and I am told that Steve (the attendant) completely forgot about it . They would be closed for the weekend and i would probably have had to wait up till Monday had i not showed up myself late Saturday evening. I receive my clothes in separate bags each, albeit one sweatshirt which was nicely folded behind a pair of jeans (it did get me suspiciously curious). Soon after, the mystery resolved itself. There was A HOLE on the front in my sweatshirt! I take the shirt back to Steve who at first agrees to fix it - but when i tell him that it's a brand new sweatshirt and it didn't have any holes when I brought it in, Steve gets ultra-defensive, seemingly unaware of the hole and accuses me of buying torn garments! I would readily shed $3 dollars to fix a $40 sweatshirt but the arrogant and rude behavior of Steve was appalling. Never before has a cleaner behaved so cheeky and such behavior has left an extremely bad taste. Extremely disappointed. read more

They're nice enough and do a decent job but I was shocked to find out the their biodegradable non cancer causing 'go green' dry cleaning process is a hoax. My big issue is that I've been going here because i thought that's what a I was getting!! They told me that the machine broke down a few years back and that they just use normal dry cleaning solvent now. Yet, they still have all the branding and advertise that they are 'green'. Just wanted to write this because there may be people using this place that actually have cancer or Parkinson's etc. and maybe need to know this. I will give Zero starts!!!... Steve is very Rude not to mentioned accusative of my concerns that I brought up from stains found on my garment after picking it up. I made it a point to stop by after work show the attendant the stain on my pants (blood) which wasn't mine to make it worst!! I've experience the worst customer service and yes very rudely when having to take my clothes back because the stain didn't come out. The first time Steve seem bother to have to reimburse me $3 dollars because the stain didn't come out.. It felt as thought he was giving me his paycheck. Bottom line I will never take my clothes here and wont be wasting my $$ on poor service not to mentioned rudeness. All the people are really nice who work there. Although, they LOST one of my expensive pants. I ended up getting reimbursed about 3/4 of the cost, but there was also the inconvenience of not having the pants anymore and having to wait a month or so in order to get reimbursed. Also, I was soooo lucky that I had my original receipt from back when I bought the pants which was a little more than half a year ago, otherwise I may not have been reimbursed!! Pretty much the only reason why I will be returning in the future is because they gave me a store credit which was to cover the other 3/4 of the cost of the lost pants that wasn't reimbursed to me. I definitely won't be bringing any valuable clothing to them in the future. read more

I brought in 6 articles of clothing for mending and dry cleaning. I was unable to come pick them up for a week, but they held them for me, no problem. I also asked them to hem a pair of pants to match the length of another pair I dropped off for cleaning, and they did it without me standing for pinning, etc. I would definitely recommend the work done here and will come again. read more

Great place to bring your clothes and other articles that need to be cleaned! They did a great job cleaning all the fabric on my stroller and baby carrier just in time for the baby's arrival! They did a great job and even touched up the pressing on a quilt of mine for free! Best thing is that the chemicals are green see you don't have to worry about harsh chemicals for babies. I am telling everyone to come here! I lived here for three years and barely just found them. What a find! read more

I would give no stars. My first experience, and will never return. Steve who at first seemed welcoming, quickly changed giving the worst customer service responding rudely back to our concern. We came back bringing back a sweater to ask about a hole we found which was not there before. We thought it was strange the sweater was folded onto a pair of pants when picking it up and not in its own garment bag, then saw the hole. We asked about the hole and he said and quote he responded "you think we did it? No it's this material, they do that" Then claiming I was offending him for asking if he checks for damages prior to washing, where his response was that was not his job, only to clean them. This escalated, to where he responded he didn't care if he lost our business and wanted us to take our things somewhere else. Which I will gladly do. The problem is not a fee, but the service given when I came with a concern of where the hole came from. I usually dint write reviews unless it's horrible or very noteworthy. Ruth, the owner is a GEM! She is so sweet and accommodating. I have been a regular for 15 years. I believe she's been running the business for over 20 years (there was an article in the local paper). The other week I had a ton of clothes that needed to get dry cleaned the same day, not only did she meet my needs she also made sure a few buttons on my pants were sewn on (no charge).
