The dress fit me perfectly when I got it back. I have also had them do a couple of dry cleaning jobs for me and they did an excellent job on that as well. My items have always been ready for pick-up by the time promised. If you're driving here there is a small parking lot behind this place and there is also street parking available directly in front of their storefront. The people working here are always friendly and they are a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to come here for all of my tailoring and dry cleaning needs.

When I further examined the jacket inside the bag, I noticed there was still a lot of cat fur and lint on the jacket. Looks like it was barely touched and cleaned. She told me the hair couldn't be removed and used a lint roller. Ok, so what's the point of bringing in for dry cleaning if you can't remove the hair? Especially when I first dropped it off, I was told the hair could be removed. Don't go here, waste of $, and you can easily clean a better job at home by yourself. Looks like they don't even do a good job "dry cleaning" cause jacket looks exactly the same when I first bought it in.

I was then told my comforter wasn't ready and would be delivered a week from the drop off (I didn't order any special service for it). I get home and my comforter was in the bag... I have no idea what they were gonna deliver next week. I open up the comforter and it has bleach stains on it. Brand new comforter is ruined, time wasted, super frustrating. ~~ Update: They paid for me to pickup a new comforter at Target & refunded my original wash cost.
