This is a great place to take your clothing for tailoring and cleaning…read more I had them do some alterations on a dress that I had that was a little too big for me and they did a great job on it. The dress fit me perfectly when I got it back. I have also had them do a couple of dry cleaning jobs for me and they did an excellent job on that as well. My items have always been ready for pick-up by the time promised. If you're driving here there is a small parking lot behind this place and there is also street parking available directly in front of their storefront. The people working here are always friendly and they are a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to come here for all of my tailoring and dry cleaning needs.

Brought a fleece jacket in for dry cleaning, asked to remove the cat hair and lint on it. The guy…read morewho took it in said yes they can do it. When I came to pick it up 2 days later, the jacket was in the plastic bag and she charged me an expensive quote. When I further examined the jacket inside the bag, I noticed there was still a lot of cat fur and lint on the jacket. Looks like it was barely touched and cleaned. She told me the hair couldn't be removed and used a lint roller. Ok, so what's the point of bringing in for dry cleaning if you can't remove the hair? Especially when I first dropped it off, I was told the hair could be removed. Don't go here, waste of $, and you can easily clean a better job at home by yourself. Looks like they don't even do a good job "dry cleaning" cause jacket looks exactly the same when I first bought it in.

I hate it when the dry cleaner breaks you buttons and then replaces them with some cheapo little plastic thing that doesn't even match. Of the half dozen or so dry cleaners in the three block radius of Coolidge Corner, Eagle Dry Cleaner is by far the best. Not only is all the work done on premise at Eagle, but they have never once broken a button on one of my shirts, or pressed them with the collar stays in, or burned anything. The couple who run this shop are really nice, and they do excellent repairs as well. Also, when I'm walking my dog, they don't mind if I bring him inside with me when I pick up or drop off. They only take cash and sometimes don't have much change, but if they don't have enough $1's they will just add on the difference to your next bill if that's ok with you. Overall, A++++
