The place doesn't get busy during the days I go, so it's pretty quiet and relaxing. They have drop-off services though I've never tried them myself. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because a lot of the machines are often out of order. They are the cheapest in town I will say and that's another thing that makes them great.
