    Loved loved loved the older owners. The new owners are not very good and not that friendly. Would not advise you to go there.

    When I relocated to Brighton three years ago, I began searching for cleaners conveniently located…read morenear my home. This would allow me to pick up my clothes while running errands. I discovered Linh Cleaners and have been a loyal customer ever since. However, this loyalty did not come without its challenges and drama. Linh would often make excuses for the extra stains found on your clothes while in his care, whether a sweater was ruined or had particles on it or if he misled you after you provided specific instructions on how you wanted your jacket or pants hemmed. Linh tends to do as he pleases, and when he damages your belongings or fails to clean them properly, it's somehow your fault. He also loves to pass judgment on you if you are a person of color based on the experiences of other people of color who have frequented his business. For someone like me who brings him clothes every week for dry cleaning and outfits to be tailored, he often makes remarks like, "Oh, you are fancy," "You party a lot, or You like money." Unbeknownst to him, I am in ministry, and as a minister, I take great pride in keeping my shirts clean and my suits fresh. I ignored this because I needed my clothes cleaned, and he was a 10-minute walk from my home. After six brand new jackets were sent to him to be tailored four, he did his way, ignoring my instructions. He soiled a brand new white collar shirt and said, "It was the material or something I wore." Two brand new chinos with tags sent for him to be tailored ended up with oil stains on them, and he said I didn't notice the stains when I purchased them (Yea, I know)! All of the stuff he ruined he never offered a refund. LINH is a lousy businessman, liar, racist, and narcissistic person. If you value your belongings and work hard for them, avoid doing business at all costs. He will never admit his wrongs and would rather lose business. Why did it take me three years? Because I do not like change, and I am an optimistic person who is loyal to a fault! But its 2025 And I chose me! Do not bring your clothes to LINH CLEANERS. He doesn't care about your stuff, just the money.

    I went in with my dad's navy jacket from the 70s asking for a patch in the liner and for him to…read morelengthen the sleeves. I also asked him to re-attach a button. He said he could do it in a few days, but I ended up going without my primary coat for a week because he kept lengthening the time. Then when I finally came in to pick it up, he had forgotten to re-attach the button. He did so on the spot, and a few weeks later, the button popped off again and I lost it forever. Not a one star review because he did lengthen the sleeves and patch the jacket, but I needed it back sooner than I got it.

I…read morejust wanted my dress shorter, and when I went in for a fitting they didn't really ask me the important question of how short I wanted. They didn't really explain anything as they made chalk marks on my dress. The guy did his thing within a minute and said I was all set. I was confused and tried to clarify that I wanted it a lot shorter but they started speaking to themselves and told me they got it. I was told to come back in a week to pick it up. As they had requested, I called in advance to see if the dress was ready to pick up. The lady picked up the phone and told me to wait as she "checked on the dress." The thing is, she just put down her phone to finish helping another customer This is normally completely fine, BUT she started going on a 15 minute conversation with the customer (and I could hear every word and laughter). I felt that it was really rude to have another customer waiting on the phone while you loudly have a personal conversation with another person. I wish that she had told me to wait and call back in 15 min or something like that. I was very frustrated and felt disrespected of my time. When I went to pick up the dress it was nowhere near the length where I had told them to shorten to. The dress had two flaps (one in front and one in the back). The guy had completely missed the back side so nothing was changed there. I even saw the same chalk mark still drawn on my dress. I brought back the dress and he fixed it the way I had originally wanted. For what I paid and a week of waiting, they didn't pay close attention and did the work in a rush right before I came to pick it up. Also they make you tip them when you first go in, before the work is done. I am not really keen on that because I definitely would not have tipped that amount if I knew this was going to happen.
