Well this company came referred by a friend. Used them from OC to LAX and return with some friends. This trip went pretty well and no complaints. We used them again with just the two of us. We got a Lexus sedan for the trip to LAX, which went well. Upon arrival home from overseas we get a BMW 530e and the driver crushed one of our suitcases in the truck. I took a picture of the suitcase when we got back home, which the driver did not like. I made a complaint a week after September 16th with the company when we got home. Well it is December 3rd and got a response from the company that somehow it was my fault but they will give me a code for a discount on my next ride. Mind you, I have attempted to contact them by email with no response. They can have the discount code back because I will be going with a new company next time!! The service is hit or miss but most of the time a hit. The drive to the airport is consistently good. On one occasion we were picked up by a fairly dirty car that was not luxury. Most of the time the cars are good. They always show up on time and are reliable. At this time, however, Lyft Lux is probably equal quality for less of a price when going to the airport. Their pickup at the airport has declined significantly. The drivers rarely, if ever, are waiting for you at the baggage claim with a sign and your name on it. Instead, they will call you and circle around. For the price, it's a bit frustrating. At LAX you have to walk to get a Lyft which is a hassle. They're on time, mostly, which is a plus. Overall, a decent service that has never failed to show up or be there when I need it. Service has, however, declined when picking you up at the airport. read more

Fail, have used them 2 other times. First time was House in OC to LAX... Great!!! 2nd was from Int'l trip from LAX to OC..... 2.5 hour wait... WORST EVER. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE IDIOTS. If it weren't for the Delightful CS rep, it was THE WORST service EVER. The plane was LATE and we sat on the tarmac for another 30 minutes. Einstein, our driver, didn't bother to text. Your instructions CLEARLY SPECIFY to call WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR BAGS. NOT when you are sitting like a caged animal on the tarmac. And Einstein didn't have enough brain cells to text. They kept sending me to the INTERNET for refund or request another driver... morons, I'm on an Iphone with very spotty service... BUT I was transferred to a nice CS rep who processed the $66 refund - YES $66 for my destination... Uber? $43.... Stay away from this crackerjack "executive service". Our driver was fine to start with until it was time to drop us off. He asked for a tip even though I stated it had been prepaid during the booking, he said no and wanted $20. He also claimed he had to wait an hour for us which isn't true as he messaged me as soon as I flight landed and told me to text once we were in zone 20A and he would then leave to collect us. He also claimed he picked up someone who has a similar first name to my last name so took him half way until they both realised they had it wrong. So we had to wait extra for him to return. Horrible service on timing. I have booked this company 3 times now and all 3 times they were late! My first car was late by 45 minutes, my second was late by 20 min and my third, well my 3rd still hasn't arrived. They are now 25 min late and I was informed that it's going to be another 20 min before they get here. Reason being, "I am coming from Hollywood". There is a reason i booked a service for pickup at a specific pickup time I paid for the driver to show up at the exit of LAX and I had to take the shuttle to go to the Uber location. If I knew I'd have to do that I would have just taken an Uber as opposed to the higher prices. This is the worst company. Do not waste your time using them! read more

For some reason this organization feels it is wise to dispatch a driver before an international flight has even landed then cancel 1 hr later due to "no show" meanwhile I was in a very long wait for customs at LAX, very common I might add. Worst ever. Hired them for transportation home after a nice European vacation. Went to wrong terminal, then REFUSED to pick us up, canceled our reservation, and falsely reported to dispatch that we were "no shows" despite standing on a curb for two hours before Ubering home 50 miles. Left me stranded at 5 am pickup with no phone call. When I called-in they took 10 minutes to respond with "the driver is not moving, we're looking for someone else." They were very courteous at least and said they issued a refund. Called Lyft to rescue me and they arrived in a few minutes. Also, this was booked through super shuttle but receipt was branded ExecuCar... which I didn't want because it would seem fru fru. Friend used ExecuCar black service the day before and driver was supposed to be waiting with a sign at baggage claim; but she wasn't... called a few minutes later to say she had gone to wrong terminal. Long story short, waited an hour and a half for my pickup after I called them when touching down on the tarmac. Glad I didn't leave a tip when I booked online! POSs poor dispatch service. Had a prepaid and confirmed pickup from hotel to airport. Driver was a no show. Called dispatch who at first told me there was no pickup scheduled. When I provided the confirmation number, she still had trouble locating my reservation. Once found, she told me it was scheduled for 2 hours later. Booked a baggage claim "Premium Meet & Greet" service, received a text saying driver would meet us at baggage claim, then driver called and insisted she would meet us curbside and had no answer for why the service we paid for wasn't being delivered. I also spent more than an hour on the phone with their customer service today and was repeatedly transferred to disconnected lines or hung up on, and the dispatch number on the confirmation email is a disconnected number. Had a reservation to be picked up Saturday afternoon for a trip to LAX. I called 2 hours in advance to make sure everything was set. They assured me all was fine. They said there was a driver assigned and they would text me 20 minutes before arrival. An hour before the scheduled arrival I get an email with the driver's contact information and a link to track the car. The link didn't show the car. 20 minutes later a dispatcher calls. The driver is stuck in traffic and will be 45 minutes late. I tell them I cannot see the car on the link. They said the driver must have forgotten to turn on the feature. At this point what could I do? I called the driver directly. She says she "Didn't know she had a booking. She was dropping off her husband at LAX." The link that was sent to me, now was working. The car was sitting at LAX. In LA traffic, there was no way she'd get to our home in Thousand Oaks in 45 minutes. We called the dispatcher and canceled. They were nice about it. Gave us a refund. But why put us through this hassle? Their prices are much less than others and there is a reason. They are horrible. Never, ever use them. read more

Setup a reservation online for dec 1. Per instructions, I called a number after getting my bags. They told me it was at least a 2 hour wait. They told me my reservation wasn't really a reservation. Paid $110 for a ride included a tip. Used this service after a 23hr travel home from Asia to LAX. Landed at 7:35pm..... driver never texted us as per arrangement details they supplied. Myself, my wife and our assistant all had to make calls to speak to someone. They gave us a number to txt... I texted with details of where we were... No reply... I then had to call at 8:30pm to find out where he was.... And discovered he was sitting in the parking lot. Had to wait a further 30mins for him to get to us.. He then told my wife where to sit very rudely and told us to clean our hands like we were scum.... No thanks.... this isn't even close to executive level. We made a reservation a week in advance. Throughout the week, we received five text confirming our reservation. On the day of our flight, 15 minutes after our scheduled pick up time, we received a call informing us that they were unable to pick us up and we would need to find our own way to the airport. I just had my first experience with Express by Execucar. I booked a round trip since I needed rides to and from LAX. Both drivers were good, on time and polite. My ride home with John was in bumper to bumper rush hour traffic since my flight was delayed due to lightning on the east coast. John texted me when he saw my flight landed and picked me up once I was outside within 5 minutes. Giving the pillar number is a great way to get the driver your location. I will say that calling the number on the booking was not as good as the driver texting me. I was just listening to music on hold. My tip to the company is to just send the drivers number the day of for the pickup or get an app similar to other driver companies. All in all a good experience due to the drivers themselves. read more

We used to use SuperShuttle shared ride to Long Beach Airport from Orange County but when they discontinued the shared service we tried regular Taxi a couple of times but that was a disaster.....the cabs were late (not good when you have a plane to catch), one driver was on his first day driving a cab and didn't even know where the L.B. airport was! I guess he wasn't trained on GPS. Anyhow for our current trip we decided to try ExecuCar and it was just a great experience. The vans were not only on time but both to and from the airport they were actually there early. The drivers we courteous, the vans were clean and comfortable, and the trip was unshared and direct for only about $10 more than the old shared rides. My husband and I used execucarexpress today, and we really enjoyed our experience. After a reservation mixup with another company, SavOn Shuttle, which was horrible... It was a pleasure to be around a friendly person. The shuttle was clean, and he waited about 30 minutes for us to arrive because of the mix up with another company. Aweful, aweful service On the YELP rating scale a ZERO would be more appropriate.. I have used them twice and on both occasions they have been late in picking me up for an LAX trip by 20-30 minutes. That's not cool and inexcusable when you pre-pay and pre-plan their services by over 2 weeks! The driver was almost a deaf, mute. When I asked why he was late he simply grunted, "We've been busy cant do anything about it".. I thought WTF ? but kept my mouth shut because I knew what would come out of my mouth would ruin everyone's day. The pick up from LAX was a joke. I did not receive any notification text or anything. When I called their pick up /customer service number it went to voice mail recording. No one called me back. I waiting and re-called and after 45 minutes, they advised me a driver was on the way but coming from Torrance and the wait might be another 30 minutes or more. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
