Dwayne called back quickly, we set up a time for him to come out and give a bid. He called when traffic was delaying his arrival. He gave me his verbal quote on the spot after looking at the job and was able to start the next day if I wanted since he had an opening. I said start the next day! He followed up with a written contract. The crew & Dwayne arrived early when they said they would, did a great job, cleaned up nicely. His bid was in the middle of the others I got. He really understood our "vision" and explained all of our options to us to help us make the most educated decisions on our driveway renovation. We had a century old house with old wood siding that was falling apart and wanted to change exterior in to stucco. They answered their phone on Sunday and came out to give me an estimate in a few days. The owner, Nacho was very honest and his bid was very affordable. During whole project we felt that in every step the workmen were very considerate about our property and made sure that jobsite is clean and protected from debris flying to our neighbors' yard. This was complete removal of all wood siding, applied plywood to whole house (per our request) and installed stucco with sand finish. When I check their profile online, the company was not even registered on yelp. I am the first reviewer. I am highly satisfied with the whole experience and finished product, that I had to tell somebody about it. Highly recommend them.

Floor to Ceiling Inc. was one of 3 contractors who provided a bid to convert our garage into a music studio. We met with Bella, from, who ultimately became our project manager.  She communicates clearly and listens to her customer. She did not push her ideas to rack up higher costs. Bella was specific about a project start and end date. She assured us that her team would work continuously and not leave us dangling mid-project while they worked at another job site. Bella kept her word and Floor to ceiling essentially finished the project within the anticipated time frame. A slight delay was primarily caused by scheduling issues with the San Diego city building inspector. At every step through this process, Bella texted me so I knew what to expect and when to expect it. Floor to ceiling employs skilled craftsmen who arrived on time, were polite, wore face masks, and cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. I was particularly impressed with the two person team who completed the garage and bathroom flooring. In an old home, such as ours, floors are not always level and plumb. The finished tiled floors, however, are perfectly spaced and level. Bella pays close attention to the fine details and the he folks at Floor to Ceiling Inc. know what they're doing and do it well. The final crown molding peice was never installed. They told me they forgot it in L.A. Antonio assured me they would put it in. A few weeks later he says his installer was busy and couldn't do it!
